I hired Dan to run some wiring in a new room I had built as an add on. After taking his initial deposit, I only saw him twice before he blocked my number and wouldn't return my calls to complete the job! The two times he was there I caught him in my wife's room messing with our stuff, he claimed he was inspecting the wiring. (across the house from the actual room you were hired to complete?!?)
