I was quoted $1,000.00 for the parts and labor of the front left shock and left rear leaf spring replacement for my 2009 ISUZU NPR HD GAS. Rick from the service department said that it would be $850 for just the leaf spring and about $150.00 for the front left shock replacement for the parts and labor.which totals to $1,000.00 all together.(I was quoted the same amount from an Isuzu dealer in MA) Rick from the service department has also mentioned that they are fully booked for a week so I should call him the following week. to schedule an appointment.

I have called him the following week and told him that I had to get my left front shock replaced so I had that job done already:all I need is the left rear spring replacement. He put me on hold for a couple of minutes and He then said the price of the leaf springs went up to $700.00( in 1 week?!) and for that reason he could do the rear leaf spring replacement for $1,100.00.I asked him why? You are quoting me $1,100.00 just for the rear leaf spring replacement where You have quoted me $1,000.00 for the front left shock replacement and rear leaf spring replacement one week ago!!!??? Because I needed to get this job done asap and they are the closest Isuzu Service to me: I said to him : Ok lets do $1,000.00 even.I told him I am on a tight budget If he guarantees $1,000.00 I will book the appointment.

He said '" Ok lets do it" As I was walking outside of the work area I noticed some weird spots on one of my rear tires. I asked the young mechanic in his mid 20"s what happened to the rear tire? He admitted that he accidently burned the side of my brand new Kelly Armor steel tire which I paid $300.00 for with the heat gun as he was trying to cut the lug knots. He also agreed that it was a liability issue and that is the reason he had to 2 outer studs and replaced the 2 lug knots.I now have a damaged brand new tire which did cost me $300.00. I did take the pictures on the spot. As the district manager told me Rick and the service manager still are arguing that it would not affect the tires performance.

I do load this truck to its almost max loading capacity. I do travel long distances. At the end They tried to charge me $1,345.00 ( almost $495.00 more than their first quote and $345.00 more than their second quote ) ) After a short argument I told Rick and the Service manager that I have agreed with Rick that he would only charge me $1,000.00 they both agreed and ended up charging me: $1,011.93 ($11.93 is not a big of a deal to raise argument about so I paid) I asked them to check my AC which was not blowing cold air. At the end I asked the mechanic to see if he checked the AC ? He said he wanted to save me money and he continued:" if it was not blowing cold air.:It is most likely that I have a leak in the AC lines" !!!??? We all know that it is not a true statement and It could be as simple as filling up some freon!

-Service department associates make you feel as if you are not welcome there. -They definitely have a bad attitude which would not make you feel like:you are giving them a business. -They also charged $125.00 per hour instead of the 1 hour=rate @ $100.00 per hour. -After all this unprofessional experience and bad customer service , I did not feel like purchasing a new truck from your dealership. and most importantly what would you do if you have experienced all I have gone through with your service department?

I strongly believe that I should be refunded at least the tire Kelly ArmorSteel RSD which is $300.00 and also it would be fair to have the additional extra charges refunded that they have charged than their original quote in which is the difference is $161.63 totaling my refund claim to $461.63. Thanking you in advance for trying to resolve this important and time sensitive matter. Kindest Regards
