They sent me an email from Walmart to take a survey.

When I submitted the survey they offered a watch option for taking the survey with no mention of future obligations.

They signed me up to recieve a 100.00 watch every month and will not answer the phone or provide internet option to cancell the wrongly implemented offer

I ordered a"free watch(order number#868371,$6.99) and a "free" Love necklace(order #868382,$5.95) free items, just pay shipping, received both in same box! The "Love" necklace, didn't say "Love "like the picture showed, but a heart shape! I tried calling the number provided to cancel the subscription, it answered, played music, and hung up on me! Then I tried the website/email daddy, that was provided, all it said was they sell various items of clothing! I do not want this subscription! Nor do I want to be charged for any other items! Please help me! I am a Cancer Surviver in remission and cannot afford to buy anything! Which is why I ordered"free" items! Thank you!

A while back i recieved a walmart questionaire on my phone. When answering the questionaire, you get to choose a product. I chose a watch. So i paid Shipping on the watch. I called the 844-321-8166 number and told the lady on the phone that i wanted to cancel and future charges on 10/11/2017 again..I had called and cancelled a while back when i lived in South Carolina. I now live in Florida and the women said i was sent another watch. I don't want anymore watches, I don't want to be charged a hundred dollars for any watches. Please do something about this. The lady on the phone was not listening to me and said she was giving me an extension because they've sent me a watch. I have not recieved one and don't want one!! How can i get this company to leave me alone. they won't listen!! Thank You, Cindy Swimley The name of the company is CSFashion.net

I bought two items a watch and a necklace. I paid the bill I had when I received the product which was less than $20.00. Ten days later they took almost $200.00 out of my account which I never got a bill for or I never authorized the second withdrawal. I had to cancel my bank Card and they reissued me a new one.

I filled out a survey online. I was offered a free gift, but had to pay shipping. I received my gift. Weeks later, I was charged $99.98 for the gift. Contacted company by phone. Was told I let 14 days pass, therefore had to pay for purse. Now, I have been charged $99.98 again. Was told they sent me another gift. I told them I did not ask for or want another gift. I asked them to cancel any further orders. They sent me an email stating I would not be charged again. Everything cancelled.

Scam enrollment in a subscription merchandise program. Offered a watch for shipping only of $6.99 after completing survey for AT&T. Got billed monthly for $100. No indication of any agreement that it was a 14-day trial. Consumer credit card fraud.

Fraud company called cs-fashion rips off people on the internet when they send you a survey to take . They then send you a small gift for taking the survey when you send them the a small amt. of money you think is for shipping.

When you get the small gift for taking the survey, there is no paperwork in the package at all. shortly later a large amt. of money shows up on your credit card report with just a number for over $99.

I called the number to see if it is a phone # because I did not know what the charge was for? Someone in a foreign accent just answered as Customer Service. I told her to look up my account because I did not know what the charge was for?

She said it was for a free trial of the gift, and after the free trial the charge was made to my credit card.

Nowhere in the package was there any informaiton about a free trial?

She said there was no way to refund the money or send the free gift back to them.

I was on a trusted online gaming website when I suddenly was told I was randomly selected to answer questions about the site I was playing on. This pop up also promised prizes I could choose from after I finished the survey. At the end of the survey I had a choice from quite a few products that were promised as free all I have to do is pay shipping and handling on each product. Under normal circumstances I would never believe this offer but since it was telling me it was associated with the trusted gaming site I was playing on, and also the questions on the survey were all about the gaming site I played on I gave it a try. I chose a necklace and a watch for my girlfriend and was promised all I had to pay was shipping and handling which came to around $13 and it would arrive in the next 4-5 days.

The package arrived a week later and inside was a black box with the necklace in it looking like they just threw it inside and a white box with the wAtch under some odd fake cotton. Nothing else came in the package so I gave it to my girlfriend. Around a week later I wake up at 9am and check my checking account online as I always do and see a charge of $99 on my account from this company. I go online to the website Cs-fashion.net to get the customer service number and I call them. A woman picks up giving no name just the name of their company and asks why I am calling. I say I am calling because I have a charge of $99 from you guys and I want to know why. She then tells me that by agreeing to pay the shipping and handling I was also agreeing to their terms of a 14 day free trial of their merchandise and on the 15th day of that trial they will charge me $99 a month. I plead my case saying there was no mention of any trial that I was on and no mentioning of cancelling said trial and she told me there was nothing I could do as those were their terms and I agreed to them. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she responded yea you can but it's going to be same result which I then told her to put me through to one anyway. She said OK and put me on hold.

After a minute or 2 of silence I then heard music start playing and after 20 minutes I decided to hang up and go to my bank to try and block this pending charge. Before I got to bank I decided to check my bank account again and now another charge has gotten posted on my account for another $99. I go to my bank and put in a dispute for these charges and had to change my debit card number and everything. I go home and look up Cs-fashion.net and there are negative things everywhere about them on the internet. These monsters are modern scam artists and need to be stopped and they also go by the name glamor trends which was the name they used on the package they shipped to me

I received a Publishing Clearing House Search request. This crap shows up on my screen as though it was associated with PCH stating I won a free reward and it displayed several items and requested I choose one and the items would be free of charge all I had to pay was the taxes, no shipping fee, no other fees. So I accepted the offer, they took the 6.99, I received the watch and I thought I was done. BUT NOOOOOOO, 2 weeks later They try to withdraw $99.99 for a trial subscription they stated when I called. I asked them to cancel this trial subscription and they said they wouldn't until I called back 2 weeks later to confirm the cancellation. I told them I was confirming it now and they still insist I have to call back or my account would keep getting charged. Fortunately my bank sent me a fraud alert and I didn't recognize the withdrawl so I declined the transaction. But now I had to get a temporary debit card and my bank is issuing me a new card, but I have to call my creditors that receive autopayments via my card and provide them with a new card. I would rather do that than give this CS fashion 1 red cent. I received no indication that this was a subscription or there would be recurring charges or anything. They truly are trying to be slick. Watch out for them!!!

I received an email with deals associated with Amazon.com. Several items were displayed; one mens watch said free with $6.99 shipping & handling. I ordered it , it wasn't the watch pictured and there wasn't any package materials or invoices or return instructions. two weeks later my master card was charged $99.98. I called my bank they said I had to cancel my card and wait a week for a new one and that I could file a claim after it posted. The bank gave me the phone number 844-847-3588 for THE ONE SHOP. I called and a woman explained that when I ordered the watch I shold have read the site information that I had two weeks to return the watch or I would be billed the $99.98. If it was on that site it must have been obscurred or I would have noticed it. I'll file a claim with my bank but I don't know what will happen.
