They delivered water without my consent and claimed to have made deliveries that I never received. When I asked for an investigation, it was never performed despite numerous reps telling me they filed a report. I called to cancel because I was disgusted with their practices, however my accound remained open and unauthorized deliveries continued. I called to let them know I was moving and to cease all deliveries. I told them to pick up the equipment before my move date of October 1st, 2017. However, no one called nor came to pick up the equipment and much to my surprise the account remained opened even after I moved. I sent emails and made calls but no one ever got back to me.

Then one morning I heard something outside at 7:00 am and found their driver on my front porch :looking for the equipment" without my consent! I was unable to get the cooler from the 3rd floor apartment and the driver gave me attitude. I told him I needed to be contacted prior to him coming to my new house. No one ever contacted me again and yesterday I receive a letter from a collection agency for over $300.00 for the equipment they never received! I never got notified prior to them sending my account to a collection agency!

I called again today and the rep would not give me any answers only "you need to call the collection agency from now on." It was their mistake! They should have picked up the cooler back in September as they stated! Now Im stuck with with fees from the collection agency! From day one this company was unprofessional and shady, making false promises and false deliveries! United States

About 2-3 weeks ago I purchased two 5 gallon water bottles for my water cooler. It very clearly stated that the first purchases were 12.00 each and when you bring the bottles back the charge is only about 6.00. We decided to get water delivery from a different company rather than going to home depot and lugging these heavy bottles home.

I call to inquire how to return the bottles and get my deposit back. They tell me that they are NOT a deposit company and have not returned deposits since January. WHAT? I was charged a deposit in SEPTEMBER!

FYI, in order to get this little bit of information I had to call 3 times because I was hung up on TWICE.

SO pretty much if you get their water your SOL for getting the "deposit" back.

I know it's not a lot of money at all but if they are doing this to everyone it adds up for them.
