Moved into this apartment bathroom floor horrible was told they would replace kitchen floor horrible drawers all falling apart so called was going to get a work order. And today the very next day manager says they not replacing nothing. Been waiting all day for power for it was something with main breaker outside apartment which im being billed for not crystal creek. No power all day food spoiling manager veey rude. Said not fixing anythibg and acts as if not her problem. Well it sure isnt ours we moved in at 6 pm last night..when said i dont want this nasty apartment they claim i have to pay off the lease now. But they wont dix anything wrong in apartment and thry moved a disabled person into this place n o power and all this damage. Tenant rights will be notified and i asked for corporate number they gave me a number to someone who soesnt answer phone and mail box to full to leave message. What kind of place is this.
My family has been a resident at Crystal Creek since 1994. I was a resident years ago as well and I can't even begin to express what a horrible experience it is to deal with Liz and her ants.
Let me begin by stating that I have police reports and car insurance claims to prove anything that I am writing.
A few years ago, I moved out of the country. Whenever I'm gone, I leave my car with my family (they current reside at Crystal Creek) so that they can have an extra vehicle to use if needed. My car is fairly new and in excellent condition. My vehicle as of today, has been vandalized 4 times and my family had a vehicle of their own stolen right from their assigned parking spot. On another occasion, a friend of the family came to visit and he was severely assaulted by one of their lovely residents. Every time that I've had problems with my vehicle being vandalized, I would contact the manager LIZ FROST and have never been able to get a hold of her until today. LIZ FROST finally returned one of my phone calls and left me an extremely condescending message. Which I have I saved, if you would like to hear the message. I will gladly forward to you if you give me your information. I called LIZ FROST back and her attitude towards me was horrendous. I am perplexed by how unprofessional and immature she was by trying to intimidate me as well as being very prejudice and discriminating towards me. Liz's question to me was "since my vehicle had been vandalized at her apartment complex 4 times, why did I continued to park my car there" as if that was the real issue. LIZ FROST failed to comprehend that the real issue was that there's a huge problem with people's property being vandalized, people being physically assaulted and there is no SAFETY on her property. Crystal Creek is a GATED community and supposedly has a SECURITY GUARD that nobody ever sees it. When you do call for SECURITY he never shows up. LIZ FROST also fails to acknowledge that the pool is UNSAFE and UNSANITARY. We have seen many tampons and dirty baby soiled diapers disposable at the pool. The GATED POOL area has a huge gap that a 4 year old can easily go through. LIZ FROST has failed to acknowledge that her property is extremely dark at night because light bulbs have never been replaced and that her PhoneAire Telephone Entry System light has been burnt for over 5 years now.
Crystal Creek apartment is now a drug haven. There are people doing drugs outside of their apartments pretending that they are smoking cigarettes, when it is really Marijuana. Every time my daughter brings her children to visit our family, she can smell it immediately from the parking lot, and her whole walk to the actual apartment. In which her children (3 years old and 7 months old) are being exposed to this. The SWAT TEAM has busted so many apartments this past year that I have lost count. This is just based on safety and security.
I could go on for hours and hours about the maintenance of the apartments, black mold and so forth. I am a former resident of Crystal Creek and I would rather sleep in a homeless HIV tuberculosis ridden dump than do this again. Unfortunately, I still go to the property because of family, which is why I am so concerned with the safety of the community.
As far as the the manger goes, LIZ FROST is the epitome of a s**t! It's disgraceful that they have a manager like her, it must be nice to get paid to be rude and useless like her!
