I bought two bottles of whisky in mid Oct 2016. Crown Wine and Spirits used UPS. UPS did not get my required signature and wanted me to drive 30 miles to collect it. NO! I returned and wanted a refund. On 11/3/2015 Pablo from CW and S called me admitting that they had experienced trouble with UPS delivery and were moving to FedEx. Despite this service failure on their and UPS' part Pablo insisted I pay the $12 shipping. Be advised that CW and S 'stuffs' you with the "You signed the agreement to abide by our terms". Thanks CW and S. Keep the $12. I will shop elsewhere. Be warned internet users: CW and S cares more about $12 than a customer.
