DO NOT TRUST CROUSE PLUMBING! Steve and Jill are scammers! I referred Steve to many jobs and asked for referral fees for these job. Steve is so sneaky he took the jobs and NEVER paid the referral! Steve's girlfriend Jill is the most unproffesional person I've ever dealt with! She smokes and drinks alcohol on the jobsites, curses, and is all around trashy. I am sure I'm not the first but I will do everything in my power to make sure noone gets ripped off or provided with the same crappy service I recieved! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS!
This review was done out of revenge. Her father is a contractor that owed us for numerous jobs, and refused to resolve the issue, his only response was to "take him to court", so we filed 20 complaints with the CSLB, 1 for every job he owed us on. After numerous attempts to resolve through mediation and also arbitration, due to said contractors rescheduling, fake medical emergencies, and numerous different excuses, the CSLB filed 20 violations for failure to pay. which is a violation under BP code 7018.5. The attorney general has filed an accusation which can be viewed on the CSLB website under license # 988461.
She did this, along with creating an additional 6 profiles and left usa total of 7 fake, malicious reviews on yelp as well, which have since been removed. It is a shame that this is the behaviour that he is teaching his kids is ok. It is not. You want to be sucessful, do business the right way. Be honest. and most of all, have integrity. And more importantly, if ANYONE ever has an experience with someone "drinking and smoking" on a job, i would highly recommend filing a formal complaint, as that is NOT acceptable.
