Nothing but harassment. They refuse to give you an account ledger. They say your 3 months behind, but can't answer which months. They claim they can only see the amount due. You get on their site and count, you get on your bank and count. This is the 9th month and have made 9 payments; but they still say you are behind. They only have a payment history, they have such a simplified site that you aren't allowed to even see anything in your account but payment and the one tab to make a payment. You cannot see any loan info, rates, balance due, payoff amounts, etc. I would never in my life ever recommend this place to anyone.
