Ordered products from this company several weeks ago with debit card. Originally the order went through. Shortly after that they refunded our money, advising they don't take mastercard. We were satisfied that we would not hear from them again. Several weeks later, they miracoulously began taking mastercard again and without our permission recharged our card and advised us that they were processing our order. I attempted to contact them several times to no avail advising them we did not want the product, gave them no permission to process the order. The type of products they sell would hinder our recent attempts at recovery and we desperately do not want them. We have disputed this with our bank and again told them not to process order advising them of the dispute and provisional credit by our bank. They have since issued a tracking number, again ignoring all attempts at cancellation. I believe they think the bank investigation will go in their favor if they ship the order. There are several other yscam on this company. Stay away!!
Crazy Incense, where's my order? I placed it on June 21, 2017, it's now August 6th. When I check the order status on yoiur site it says "processing". I sent 3 emails, but no reply. There is no phone number listed on your site. This is a warning to anyone considering ordering from this company...

Been waiting for my purchase worth almost 200 dollars since May 22. No response was given to my email query and the phone number has been disconnected. Did this company take the money and run?
Placed an order online, they took money from my master card and haven't heard anything. The order was placed on Feb 2 2017 in Las Vegas NV. Tried every contact available and was unsuccessful
CrazyIncense.com. They charge your card without shipping any product. They avoid all attempts at communication. If you use a credit card, good for you it can be reversed. A debit on the other hand cannot.

Ordered 4 OMG insense packs for 200.00. They deducted from my checking. Still haven't got my order as of 5/23/2017.
