He is equally notorious for prosecuting people he KNOWS are innocent, also as favors, such as nurse Joy Woomer - convicted on junk evidence of killing a young boy she was caring for as a visiting nurse - 7-years after the boy's death - despite the fact that there was NO credible evidence that the boy was murdered.
4. He has already been caught by Lancaster County Commissioners for stealing money from civil asset forfeitures - a system he regularly abuses - to lease himself a Toyota Lancruiser that they had NO knowledge of.

He was caught by Lancaster County Commissioners stealking thousands of dollars by double-dipping for gas mileage on the stolen Toyota, and paid the money back when he got caught, thinking that that absolves of him of any criminal wrongdoing since he "self-reported", even though he is a prosecutor who is supposed to know the law.
