Unfortunately, I did not do enough research before making a purchase through Nick is rude and very unprofessional. I placed my order at the end of March and I have yet to hear anything from this company in regards to when it may ship. The website states that they have the lowest prices period. That is an out right LIE! I have ordered 3 times with a different company sice I placed my order with have received them each within 3-4 days (INCLUDING WEEKENDS) and still have yet to receive as much as an order number from CraftVinyl. I emailed NICK in regards to the claim of price matching because his prices are the lowest. I recieved back a rude email where he basically said so what. I truely believe that my order is being held back because I questioned NICK's authority about his not so low prices. Now I wonder if I'm ever going to get my items. I've never encountered such a rude person when purchasing items from a business. And, seeing the way that he bullies, taunts and threatens people online I'm afraid to even speak out for fear of him coming after me on a personal level, when all I want is an estimate of when I can expect my items that were promptly paid for to be delivered. His Facebook page has a strange cult following that claim to be happy customers. They too hunt unsatisfied customers down and cyber bully them giving false low ratings on their webpages and leaving rude comments. Please someone stop this horrible person.

I have patronized this company on a few ocassions and until now, I have not had a problem with their services. My clients want an ETA on their order. Well, I cannot complete their order because I haven't received my vinyl from Craft Vinyl. I placed the order on Dec 6th, 2016. It does say on his website that it could be 10 to 14 business days on a delay. However, I left him a message in regards to shipping with no return call or email. Therefore, I contacted PayPal to request an ETA and this f**khead decided to attack my Facebook fan page. He began leaving one star ratings. Not only has this b****** never purchased anything from me he left a false rating and he continued to do so until I blocked him. I know all of my customers becuase I keep them organized in a database on mycomputer. He is definitely not one of them. So, I am here to tell anyone if you are up for the petty b*******, please purchase form this loser.

I never go out on a limb to do anything like this unless I have been sent for. Nick, your lesson in this is don't come for me unless I send for you. Providing an ETA and attacking and harassing my business page on social media are two different things. Keep on and I will gladly report you to the authorities in your area for harassing me. You failed to provide me with the items in my order that I paid in full, therefore it is called stealing. Keep on and I promise you, my Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and Master's in Forensic Psychology will be finally get put to full use. You will refund ALL of my monies as well!

Owner has an entire website dedicated to proving angry customers wrong.

Owner has some kind of inferiority complex, and will challenge you to compare bank accounts over social media.

Owner has built a thriving social media ecosystem that supports his abrasive/abusive behavior. They even have craft goons. Beware of the angry craft goons, they will insist you don't know how to read.

The owners of will find your Facebook business page and leave numerous 1 star reviews from multiple FAKE profiles and proceed to screenshot everything and them SHAME and BULLY you on their Facebook Page/Group which have been repeatably removed by Facebook for harassment. But they keep making new ones. If you have any self respect STAY AWAY from this trashy business and their owners.

They even go as far as to RECORD private customer phone calls and share them on YouTube/Facebook so that people can join in on making FUN and BULLYING the customer that are pissed of at for their horrible customer service. There's A LOT of bad rep for this company and it's with reason.
