Cpr trion ga repair store fixed a crackes screen on my s4. The part had also broke that lights up the screen and they replaced that. All was fine. Screen was again cracked but still worked I took it back. . They suggested i also change the part again, but being it wasnt broken i decllined. I asked to just change the screen. When i picked it up it had a purple spot and i was told to bring it back if it got worse. I took it back becouse it was distracting. They said it was becouse they had to change the part when they changed the screen or it would likely happen. As it did. For $30 more they would fix it. I also told them that sense i got it back it was freezing , shutting down and getting hot. It was not doing that before i had them fix it. They said it was probably the battery. It wasnt the battery. These things did not happen until they fixed my phone. I had earlier tried to reach the owner , jeremy kwaterski at his other business as well as this location. His daughter claimed he wasmt there. The cpr store said he wasnt there. I called more than once both places and was told to call back at certain times and he would be. So , he obviously want your money but not repeat business I dont want these ppl working on my phone again I. I want it fixed right and DO NOT trust them. I dont want a refurbished phone from them becouse they couldnt fix this right and stand behind their work I would appricate it if i could get it fixed where they know HOW to fix it , and have cpr cover the cost. There is no point in trying to get this resolved. Just wanted to put this out there , same owner in rome , and a few other in close by towns.. I suggest asking around before you use them. Dont just take my word for it
