I Worked 5 days in the store all night and they asked me not to come anymore and when i asked for the pay they are making excuses , the boss isnt in contact the manager is trying to avoid calls. They said come friday to pick up the money but not responding the same day. Supposed to be paid 1 week earlier but they didnt pay till next week and fired . Grade pending store lot of flies and unhygenic environment. Refusing to pay overtime for working 50+ hours a week. Old food served to customer by the deli. I have all the proof of clock in and clock out and can check camera of proof of work. They are acting shading.
Need to sort this issue. Not paying a employee is a crime under Fair Labor Standards Act or FLSA) laws regarding pay.
