I reported a driver who sexually harrased me then when I declined his sexual advances he persisted and called me a black b***h trash. The guy that hit me was clearly at fault according to (2) eye witnesses and evidence examined. They have a $1M dollar policy and only want to give me 10k, out of all the expenses, and lost wages. These guys are stalling for eight months, making a hostile environment, raising cost of claims. The supporting police report will be attached.
I started working for covenant in feb. 2017. this was my second time going with this company. I had been driving a week when I suffered monoxide poisoning while driving. So after I delivered the load I was driven to Baylor to get medical help. I was released about 4am on 3/10/2017 and I was told that the toxin screen included a drug test. I was sure to ask. 34 hours later I was contacted by I.R.C. incindent report center, to go to a clinic for a drug test. I arrived at the address provided and this business was closed due to holiday. I was in Dallas at this time and Covenant Is in Tennessee. So after I saw that the clinic was closed I called I.R.C.back and reported the closure and asked that if I could go to another clinic. The response was: not possible today. I found out later on 3/13/2017 that the first 72 hours were critical on these tests. After the fact. Now Covenant wants to fire me because they assume I did'nt comply. I worked very hard to give Covenant what test they asked for, Maybe they did'nt comply with their own rules. Or maybe they want me to think that. At 62 years old I dont have a lot of options left in life but i have never disrepected my work.
