They do no credit checks or background checks so you end up with drug heads, thieves, and just plain out not good neighbors that are extreme nuisances. The roads on these properties are owner maintained, that means the purchaser is required to upkeep the road so that every low ball around can tear them up and law will not do anything because technically it is private property. The roads on these properties were never made correctly so you have problems with drainage, flooding, washouts, bad culverts that are caving in, etc. Horrible Road conditions like the road off of Ross Williams Road in Lancing, TN. The well water is horrible here and the county will not put in city water. This is all horrible living conditions! Especially with the bad neighbors! But Country Places Inc will lie to you just to sell the property! Please do your research before you purchase from Country Places Inc. Don't be a fool like lots of us!!!
