In the first few days of moving my horses there for pasture board, the red flags were there. The lies and deceit run deep with rebecca in particular. The horses did not have water and the temps were in the 90's. I said to myself is rebbeca and ryan just lazy or do they not care, I was not sure. I now know it was both. Then came the warnings from other boarders who had and were boarding there but getting ready to leave. I was told that ryan and rebecca had 26 rescue horses that they were wanting to sell. None of these horses were being taken care of or ridden. There is no regard for the health and well being of any of the horses in their care, including their own. The horses spend the entire winter outside with no shelter or sufficient food for warmth. They are left in knee deep mud and the amount of hay they did receive was tossed into this mud and mostly wasted.
Then came the birthday parties where the participants had said that what rebecca and ryan had advertized on their web site was not at all what they paid for. Then came the restraining order from one of the boarders who was a 16yo and her father said that his daughter was being harrassed by rebecca and not being fed the hay they had paid for because ryan said it was his hay. Then came the 6 and 7 year olds who were asked to clean tack and stalls and rebecca said they were entitled kids. Then came the hostile, disrespectful , angry confrontations with boarders when they put their notice in to leave. More importantly, she charges un suspecting kids and their parents 60 dollars for a lesson she looked up on - line 20 minutes before the scheduled lesson when she nor ryan ride , nor have ever taken a lesson in their lifetimes. In a nutshell, I do not recommend this place ever for taking lessons, or boarding. They are on ly interested in the money and could care less about You or your horse. Stay far away from these people!
