I was shopping online & went to what Claimed to be the Official Ugg site & I thought I was purchasing authentic Ugg boots for my daughter, $114.00 USD . I received the shoes a week later & realized before opening the package they were not authentic. They were shipped from China & the shoes I ordered should've shipped from USA. I tried to go back to the website but it doesn't exist, the package only contained the shipping information & did not provide documentation of any sort to contact the seller.
I researched online the address located on the shipping label & read other reviews identical to my situation. I feel like this was possibly a "ghost site" that directed me to this bogus site from the actual site without my knowledge. I did not consider it to be fraudulent since the site claimed to be authentic & the price is comparable for this brand in a child's size. I'm just very disappointed because I would never knowingly spend that amount on kid shoes unless the site stated it was authentic.
The website still exist. I was just on http://www.cosboots.com/kids-c-1.html. Thanks for your review. I was about to order but I wont now. Also try going through your Credit card company & let them know you are dissatisfied with your purchase. They should reimburse you your full amount spent.
I had the same thing happen to me, except I have not even received my boots. I went to what I thought was the Ugg site on December 13 to purchase boots for my daughter. It should be illegal what this site is doing to unsuspecting people. I expected to be buying the real thing. I quickly realized something was wrong when I couldn't find a way to contact anyone about my order, but by then it was too late, they had already gotten my money!
Well I also ordered they did reply my order should be here in a few days I have been tracking it so we will see otherwise I will call the bank and dispute amount charged
I placed an order on line for an UGG boot with fox fur, for 134.99, from cosboots.com on December 4th. It is now December 20th and I have yet to receive my boot or a response from the company. My money was taken out of my account immediately with a payment conformation and an order number. The only response I received from them was immediately after they sent the conformation saying that my card will b charged more than expected due to foreign exchange rate. Oh really?! Well shame on them because I only use that card for suspect websites and I make sure that the amount on that card is ONLY what I need to order. And if that's the case it should've been stated on the website. That may be the reason I didn't receive my order, however the original amount of 134.99 was already taken out. Beware of websites that doesn't have customer reviews. It's a shame how people prey on us innocent people just looking for a bargain from time to time.

Actually i am an victim of them as well, last week i purchase a pairs of UGG boots from their website, at first i just feel their price is such i bargain, the boots i purchase is worth 206 cnd and they sell 112dollar (174 cnd equivalent) that is almost the same price with the authentic one. here is the photographic information for the good that they provide and it really looks like the authetic one, when i was first click into that website i thought it is just another branch of the UGG retail that have been licensing by the Ugg. this is what i got from the authentic ugg website here is the order information that i got after i place an order, i sooner notice it is fraudulent, first they didn't have the customer service that i expect to get from the Ugg, which is the brand desered.

I tried to purchase some ugg boots from this company, my credit card was declined they said. My card is good, so I did some research on cos boots,It doesn't say any were on there site that they are from China but they are. No place to get in touch with them. And when I went home at lunch there was a call from my credit card co, That there had been some fraudulent charges on my card same card I just used and there were 3 charges from China on it that I didn't make. Yes makes me wonder
