Placed an orderr on April 20th and until now of may 28th i havnent recieved my product. i emailed several times and called left a message with my name and number and no one has returned my phone calls.
Placed an order ove the internet, kept looking at reviews which only showed the good reviews, I never saw any disappointed customers, until I came to this page. I have email, called, went back on Facebook and also used Messenger no reply, so I will take the loss. Please do your research before ordering from thi company, I lost $50
I ordered a customized T-shirt and paid an additional $5.99 for expediated shipping on April 28, 2018 and I have yet to receive my product. I have tried contacting them on Facebook, by email and by phone and I have not received a response. They did however, take my payment.
Review of Cool Shirts for Grandma DO NOT purchase anything from this company! Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service (I received 1 vague response to my 8 emails inquiring about a simple order change…) They did not honor their “we can make a change to your order” policy. I sent in a change request within 12 hours of my order and 8 days later (and several emails) they still shipped the wrong item! They are overpriced and once they have money in hand, they do not care about the order or the customer! I gave them several opportunities to “Make it Right” and instead, they chose silence! I would recommend staying Far Away from these guys. If you’d like to order personalize shirts or mugs etc. search for ANY other company to do it – it’ll definitely be cheaper and better service than these guys!
