Conversational Reviews

Conversational promises to answer and screen phone calls for its customers. In 4 months, this never occurred. Instead, Conversational patched my callers to a voicemail. I did not need a voicemail service. I repeatedly requested that my calls be screened and that I be contacted with information about my callers. Instead, my calls were sent to voicemail. There was no uniformity in the emails I received from Conversational so it was not easy to tell I was receiving information about my callers. Conversational regularly sent voicemail files attached to emails without identifying the communication as a Conversational email and it most often looked like phishing. Conversational never understood my business but took it on thier own authority to identify callers as marketers, and sent many of my clients and important callers to voicemail. Even after I told them not to send anyone to voicemail, all they did was send callers to voicemail. My phone line is low volume and never once got close to the 100 minutes I was charged for every month. And when I asked that they do the screening, they explained it would take more time than they were currently using. I don't believe Conversational had any intention of providing virtual receptionist services. I believe Conversational takes regular recurring payments and spends as little time as possible on the accounts. When I requested customer service the "CEO" took more than 2 days to schedule the meeting and then did not call me at the promised time. In fact, she never contacted me. I called her a 1/2 hour after our meeting time and she was full of excuses without apology. Conversational refused to take corrective action on my account but still feels entitled to retain payment for the last month's charge. Conversational believes a promise to pay entitles them to my money regardless of thier obligation to deliver the services.
