The Name "Nick K" is not real name either. He is using fake name, fake address, to scam overseas metal scrap importers by sending offers via constant contact emails everday.
Signed contract on Aug 27, 2018. Took 20% deposit ($7600) on Sep 5, 2018 via wire to his Bank Of America account. He confirmed receipt of funds on time. He did not ship as promised. He agreed to cancel the contract and refund the $7600 as he did not send the BOL in 10 days as he promised. No communication now totally disappeared. A thief and a scammer is going to be busted soon.
