Concept Software & Services does not run an honest business. They say everything that you want to hear to get you to pay for training or sign their Consultant Agreement but they do not deliver on any of their promises.
They tell the students:
1. The Instructors are certified - Recently an Instructor told the class that she wasn't certifed and that she isn't qualified to teach the class. She also informed the class that she had only recently completed the class that they now had her teaching.
2. Most of the classes were taught by someone in India via Go To Meeting. They would have Roshi or Gargi sit in the class just so that they can say the class was Instructor Led but all they did was take roll and log into the Go to meeting. They were not able to answer any questions at all.
3. The students were told they would have lap tops for them to use, yet they were very outdated models that didn't work most of the time.
4. They tell you they will place you once certified but when you complete the training you are told that you must sign the Consultant Agreement ageeing to pay them a portion 15% - 20% of your income. Even if you find a job for yourself, you have to pay them that percentage.
5. They cancel classes without giving you any notice.
6. They do not care about their students, consultants or their staff.
7. The consultants that are on H1 Visas are living in a Bed Bug infested home and sleeping on pads on the floor. They are only given $50 per week for food and 1 bag of rice.
8. Recently one of the consultants was kicked out of the Guest House because he refused to take a $65,000.00 contract from which they wanted to keep 60% and only give him 40%. They told him that he had to vacate the Guest House immediately and he had to spend $2000 for a one way ticket back to India.
