I never dealt with a company that operates like this company. Once I made the order online I expected a confirmation page at the very least, but no. There was no indication that the order went though, in fact the only thing that chaged on the page is the cart went empty and thats it. I never got an email with instructions or to confirm my order. I called the number in the about us page and there was just a long beep noise. there is a contact us page but it makes you agree that if you do a charge back that they will take legal matters. It just seems that they know why your are contacting them and want to trap you. This is definetly a SCAM. and I will do a charge back if someone does not contact me right away!
I ordered a MOBO i really did not care if it was used or new i only paid 23.01. But when i finished the order i have yet to receive any emails about it. I attempted to contact via online site but no number, no address, or email contact was available. The request form allowed ONE submission and blocked thereafter. and if you had already done a order it was coded to say use the site provided on the email for inquiries. but as i said i didnt get one at all. If i am not going to get my product I WANT my money back it may only be 23 but it is the principle of it. This company if i can call it that is a poor excuse for a computer site.
