I ordered compression stacking from them and paid for 2nd day air. Company has stated that some items were back ordered when I called to get the tracking number. I was given a tracking number that says that a label has been created, but the package has not arrived at the post office. It also says that the package that was purchased was regular first class package. These people hang up on me when I try to call and they essentially try to tell me that they don't have to have the package to me within 2 days because of backorders. I was never notified of a back order before calling them to ask about the shipping.

This company seems well versed in the art of avoiding questions and making excuses after the fact. The first reason I was given was my order was not placed in time to go out that day. The order was placed on Monday, January 29, 2018. It was processed at 3:08 on my credit card. Their website states that orders must be made before 2:00 CST, but they told me that it is really 12:00 CST. It has now been three days since the order was processed.

It is a good thing I guess that delivery of these items were not a life and death situation, but it does extend the time later in the year for my 90 days of wearing them to qualify for surgery with insurance paying to be jeopardized. At the least I expect recompensation for the shipping fees and that has yet to be seen whether they will or won't. The sad part is I have already seen others with the same complaints.

Ripped off; no recourse

I ordered prescribed stockings thinking I could save a few bucks off the local price from which I had purchased a pair. I found a few days after I ordered that I could not wear them. Wound up losing over $100. I tried to return the unopened package from USPS. Could only respond to their errors by email and was advised (although the website said otherwise) that I could return only for store credit. I looked through the catalog and found nothing I could use. So I could either return the product and lose everything or keep the stockings which are good for no one I know. No satisfaction from emailing or phone. Now I have 2 pairs of useless stockings and a very bitter taste in my mouth. I admit I should have checked further online. Expensive lesson learned.

Several places on website says free shipping on all orders. When I talked to an online representative she sent me a thing that shows shipping charges that are different than anywhere on the website. I tried to pI'll it up for her she screamed at me "I don't have time for this. It's very clear on the website that there is no free shipping"

This website advertizes "Free Shipping on ALL Orders" at least 5-8 times on all its pages. You can't review the order. You find out you have been charges excessive shipping only after you place the order. They only disclose there is only free shipping with orders over $15 on a "Returns" page. Company offers no support; does not answer calls, and charges extremely excessive fees on all return orders.

This company is dishonest and underhanded. I ordered an item from their website but the wrong item appeared in the email order confirmation. I emailed immediately to change it but they said they could not fix it because the order had processed. When I called to make an exchange, they said I had to use their website to get a return form. Their website contains a checkbox saying you agree to their return policy. The policy says they are not responsible for web order differences and customers are responsible for shipping charges.

I called them again and they put me on hold over 30 minutes until past closing time. I sent a chat request and they left me hanging with no reply for over 20 minutes. I called again days later and they said I had to pay return shipping and additionally it would cost me $7.00 in shipping to have the original $27.98 item I ordered shipped to me. This company is corrupt. They automatically substitute cheaper products than the ones in their online catalog and then make profits by charging big shipping fees for exchanges. Most abusive ripp of ever experienced was recently with Compressionsales.com

I am a senior citizen living on SSI recently recovery from a severe car accident . I called Compressionsales to order some compression hoisery ordered by my doctor.

Previously I had done a return to another Company ,"Vim and Vigor", and was treated with respect and a pleasant return was issued because of a sizing problem. Money was credited to my charge account. Shipping was paid for by them. I will do business again with them.

When I received my order from Compressionsales.com the quality of the product was awful and product totally unuseable. When I asked to return it I was informed I had not read their return policy which, by the way was not easy to find and only allowed exchages

I was asked not to call again as every thing had to be done by email.

I tried to do a exhange but they required that I write an email exactly the way they wanted. I was told that I sent to much information and to redo it. I had taken the information off my sales receipt.

After many attempts to do it their way with no help or instructions I made a typo error and accidentally ordered 2 pairs of a costly item instead of one. i immediately emailed my error to them and ask them to consider the new email I had just sent them.

My request was ignored and now I was contacted by email that my credit card had been charged another $70.00. It was difficult enough trying to exhange that much product when their product was so inferior as it was.

My emails expressed my concern that their instructions were not clear about how to do a return of product, do an exchange or a credit. There is no live person to really help.

I was eventually told returns can only be done by email. No clear answer how to proceed which gave them opportunity to charge me again on my credit card.

I have never been treated so rudely, put down and told I was basically stuped because they had responded by form type email. These email never addressed my concerns.

My questions were never answered and the very thing I feared they did, charged my credit card more money.

I spent so much time on this non of it worth it.

The bad reviews on this Company are exactly what I experienced and I want to save you this horrible ordeal.

Their are some very reputable companies selling these products but this Company avoid at all costs.

I placed an order on December 30th for 2-day shipping. an additional charge for expedited shipping was incurred for $19.95. i should have known when ordering that the individual helping was very disinterested and curt whiel trying to place an order. the return process is very deceiving. there are no supervisors that you are able to speak with when problems arise. the woman on the phone was very dismissive, put me on hold several times while trying to state my case to take other calls. there are so many negative reports about this company that the BBB should be involved. sound like this team of scammers need to be investigated. my order did not arrive in 2 days. also, i have a rare skin condition and this material to too rough for me to even consider wearing.

DO NOT USE THIS CO. Their customer service is the worse I've ever dealt with. In August , 2016 I ordered a pair of compression stockings from this co. I Have something called Lymphedema, a result of high doses of radiation because of the cancer I had. Because of the lymphedema my legs are swollen all the time and I must wear these stockings;. After wearing this pair for 3 days one of the stockings had a hole in the heal. I emailed on 8/10 the co. to exchange the stockings and they wanted a picture. I'm telling them it's a hole. You want a picture of a hole? OK, I complied. Between the dates of 8/10 when I first complained and 12/14, SIXTY_FIVE emails have been sent between us & I still do not have a pair of stockings I can wear or my money returned. I will be complaining to both the BBB and the state AGs. I'm going to try to make this as short as possible.

After I sent them the picture of the hole they went back & forth with what to do. Never was there a name on any email they sent so I had no idea how many different people I was dealing with. They obviously did not read the previous emails as I was asked the same questions over & over again. Such as what I wanted to do, what size and color I needed etc. After all these emails going back & forth on 10/4 they AGAIN asked me for a picture. I Was fuming by now. Told them they already had that from 8/23! They finally sent me a FED EX label to return the damaged stockings and I returned them 10/28. On 11/2 I told them what I wanted in exchange they told me they no longer carried that brand. They asked me for an item number. I had no item number since they didn't have what I Wanted to order so I told them again in detail what I needed. On 11/18 the new stockings finally arrived. More than Three months after all this began. And guess what? What they sent me was wrong-wrong size & wrong type of stockings. I emailed them again saying I wanted to return these and want my money back. I'm not dealing with this co. ever again. Their response: We don't give refunds for the particular stockings they sent me!!!! They decided what stockings to send me and sent me the incorrect stockings but I can't get my money refunded? How convenient that they picked out a pair that I can't get a refund for. I could only get an exchange or store credit AND there would be a 25% RE-STOCKING CHARGE!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?? This co. owes me a lot more than just the cost of those stockings for all they have put me through and all my time they have wasted.

The last email I sent them was 12/14 telling them they must be kidding. I also told them I had been holding my tongue and not complaining about them on the internet but I have had enough. I have had no response from them since. So here I sit with a very expensive pair of stockings that they refuse to take back and refund my money. I have since been using a company called For Your Legs and have been very satisfied.

On November 23, 2016 I ordered 2 pair of support hose from Compressionsale.com

They said I would receive it in 5 business days. On 12/5/16 I phoned them and they stated the hose were back ordered and would not even ship out until 12/19. On 12/6 I was able to find them locally and purchased them.

That same day I phoned them back and explained that to them and asked for a refund and to stop shipment. I waited on the phone for 23 minutes and finally was told they would stop shipment and refund me, I also emailed this to them.

I never heard back from them and never received a refund...Yesterday I received the support hose in the mail.

I phoned them today and was treated very badly again.

Don't do business with these jerks!

This is the worst online shopping site with truly terrible customer service.

I bought some compression socks from this site to see if they were as good as some others I purchased from brisk and mortar stores (REI, Nike, etc.) The socks received from CompressionSale.com did not come close to the quaslity of these other retailers. My requests to return unopened items for a full refund were met with a response that these items were only eligible for exchange or credit.

I repeatedly asked for a refund only to receive a response that they would only provide exchange or credit toward future purchases at their site. Obviously once this company gets your money they will not give it back even for unopened items.

The person I spoke with on the phone line could not care about this issue and suggested I continue to write the customer service team. I continued to write the customer service team who said their "return policy" did not allow for a refund.

Count me as one of the many dissatisfied former customers of CompressionSale.com

This is not about doctors, it is about a healthcare product, compression stockings. There was no way to select medical product.

They have a very deceitful return policy, you have only 15 days to return for credit card credit from date of ORDER but they don't even ship for 8-10 days after the order, so you're basically screwed and are only offered a store credit or exchange PLUS they charge you $6.95 for 'free shippping' even if you, as did I, keep another pair of stockings in the original order. They also charge 15% minimum restocking, so basically you're screwed if you open the package to try them. On trying to contact by live chat email and on the phone found extremely rude and unprofessional employees who lectured me about readin the return policy. What I should have done was read all the negative reviews. There are a ton. So many in fact that a petition was started to have them removed from Google Search for poor business practices. And they have a D+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Yeah. Learned my lesson this one. Here's the link to the petition. Back on October 7, 2016 I ordered a pair of thigh-high compression stockings that my doctor had prescribed for a procedure I was having performed on my left leg. The procedure was scheduled for October 24th so I felt there would be no problem with getting them before the procedure. Well, I got concerned since I hadn't received them by the 14th so I contacted them and a very rude and abrupt fella who said he was in customer service told me I should get them by Tuesday Oct. 18th, Well, Tuesday came and went but no compression stockings, It is now Friday Oct. 21sr and I called again this morning and spoke with the same rude fella who told me they should be there today. So I decided to initiate a chat session and the person on the chat said I should get them Saturday or Monday.

These people don't know what they are doing and whoever owns or runs this business needs to know what is going on within their company and how customer service is being handled.

This is about as bad as I have experienced it and I have a medical procedure on Monday that may have to be postponed because this company can't handle a simple order.

So anyone needing compression stockings needs to be aware that they are in for a test of their paience and sainity in dealing with this company and its customer service person. This person is incompetent and should not be having contact with customers.

Shop elsewhere for your products, because your odds of having the same experience as I are high.

“TERRIBLE Customer Service” - Backstory: I've worked in customer service for 6 years now, so I know what it's like and I know a lot of people complain and they're usually difficult customers. This is a genuine warning. DO NOT do business with this company, they will steal your money, and they'll laugh at you as they do it. I ordered a black Juzo soft 2002 compression stocking with a hip attachment. I have a screenshot of their website which prices this item at 63.19 I paid an extra 3.95 for faster shipping, on August 27, 2016. On August 30th I was sent the item tracking number, however the link did not work, I contacted the company and asked for a working tracking number, and I was told that the item needed to be dyed and then it would ship (makes sense, since it was a black stocking and they're usually beige, no big deal, I'm good.) On September 6th I contact the company for the third time to ask for shipping information, only to be told that the item was delivered an hour ago.

Never got that follow up on a tracking number, but whatever, the item was delivered, so I'm understanding, I send a big "Awesome! Thanks!" back. The stocking is beige. Why you wolud tell me that I don't have shipping info because the item needs to be dyed, and it was never dyed in the first place, is beyond me. But whatever, I'll just exchange it, mistakes happen, I understand you're working with a manufacturer and it didn't come for your company directly. "Quick and Easy Returns" ... Not at all. I submitted an exchange ticket, and was told the following: (This is verbatim including spelling mistakes, real professional, I know) "We cam exchnage them to the color black for you, but since black is not a stocked item, it will cost more then the color beige, and once it is ordered, it will take 5-7 days before it will be available to be shipped as the hip attachment needs to be sewn and it needs to be dyed black. The price for the black will be $79.19, would you like to continue with the exchange?" No.. no I would not like to pay more for an item that I have already purchased. SO I called. I was re-read the email and then when I said I understand what is going on, but I don't want to pay more money. The representative responded by saying "What don't you understand, then?" ... What? So I got a little sassy, yes. Because I don't understand how ANY customer service rep in their right mind can EVER justify speaking to a customer that way. Not to mention, ask any previous employer or friend of mine, I'm a saint on the phone. Both as a customer, and as a representative, because I understand that these are people. These are human beings. But I digress, it gets better. I was transferred to the supervisor. Matthew. Oh... sweet, sweet Matthew. I was interrupted, told that the order was a custom order, and shouldn't have been listed on the website at all (but it was, and I ordered it, and the company continued on as though my order would honored without notifying me that I'd made a special, more expensive request) and then proceeded to tell me that they would not exchange the item for the same price... I began speaking to a coworker who was sitting beside me, when I hear matthew Say "don't talk while I'm talking" and then the call was dropped. I called back and stated that, "I'm sorry the call was dropped," to which Matthew responded "It wasn't dropped, I hung up on you... and I'll continue to do so as I see fit." Mind you, I've hung up on customers before. For being hateful, cursing, or spewing ignorant speech that just isn't acceptable. I was doing none of this. I was making a reasonable request, clarifying what I was asking for, and being persistent in that I don't pay for a company's mistake. Long story short, all I was offered is store credit for the returned item. Either pay $16 more (not a lot of money but it's the principal of it now) and get what I wanted in the first place, and should have received in the first place, keep the wrong item I have (I'm a pretty dark brown person so I don't want a beige stocking that cost me over $50), or return it and the company that treated me like scum can keep it's money. PLEASE save yourself the trouble. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If I can say it a million times, I will. I posted a complaint on fb, of course it was removed, so I currently have a case open with my attorney. I've never felt so disrespected and helpless as I did today. Pay the extra $10 to a company that will value you.

ordered compression hose from compressionsale.com. paid extra for expedited shipping. wrong items received, hose were wrong compression i cannot wear them. contacted company explained situation and asked for credit to my credit card and a refund of expedited shipping cost and a prepaid return Shipping lable for wrong items.

two and a half weeks later, no response from company, contacted company by email and phone. was told i could wear the hose or throw them away but i was not going to get a refund. WOW!

the customer service manager was one of the rudest people i have spoken with in a long time. worse customer service ever!!! beware if you order from this company.

i am going to contest the charge with my credit card company.

I purchased a pair of thigh high compression stockings for the first time through this company. when i recieved them they did not fit the way they were suppose to. i have been wearing compression stocking for years so i know how they are to fit.

i then called there customer service dept spole with a man named mathew who put me on hold because he was going to email the manufacturer to see what they thought . so he did and they had him have me measure myself over the phone he took my measurement and sent it to them with the size i purchased. they told him i had reieved a damaged pair and to return them to them and they would send me a new pair.

well i did this was a month ago, i finally recieved the supposive neww pair today. well what do you know they fit like the ones i returned i think they just put the pair i put in a new packaging and returned them to me . i know the thigh highs are suppose to reach all the way up the thighs these both come up only above my knee wrong . i would never purchase anything from this phony company . i sure hope this company gets closed down soon as they are a real rip off .

I had no idea what the history of this company was, i'm reporting this company to the ftc Federal trade commission). They refuse to accept a return of an item that doesn't work for me, the partial foot/toe sleeve fell off of my foot and would not stay on. They purposefully left me on hold for more than 45 minutes hoping i would hang up. They say because it's a size issue they only offer in store credit. I have no desire to do business with this company again. Since then i've filed a bbb complaint and noticed their grade f, their 300+ complaints which i will be sending to the ftc as well. Something needs to be done about this company, i'm appalled they are still in business. I've worked with another online company and they are the exact opposite, they include a return label in their shipment, and have the finest customer service. I've opened a dispute on paypal about this terrible company. Last monday, mar 28 i waited an exhorbitant amount of time and they said they would be back to me in 72 hours, this has come and gone!. Obviously they should not be in business with these types of practices. I used paypal for this transaction and have a case opened.

To be succinct the following happened. 1. order was placed on Jan 6th 2. called on Jan 12th to find out where it was. 3. Was told my "Love" the customer service person that although they had taken my money through paypal, the item was back ordered "due to the holidays" and they still did not have it. She also said that she KNEW that it would be shipped in two days. 4. I called again that night as I found the item else where and wanted to cancel the order.I was told by the "after hours" person to email the company which I did on Jan 12. 5. On Jan 13, still no response so I emailed again. 6. On January 15th I called again and was put on hold when I told the woman I had spoken previously to Love. After some time, Love answered and I told her I wanted a refund. She said ok but that she would get back to me. She then told me that the order had shipped although initially in this conversation she said they still didn't have it. I told her to cancel the order. She said she could not as it had shipped, so Itold her I would refuse it. She then told me that it was not refundable. When I mentioned that I was not made aware of that, she said it was on the brace planet website which it is not. As well it clearly states that if the item is backordered, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, which I was not.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service and total disregard for the client in my life. I am a health care professional and am totally disgusted with this company. I will still refuse the package

I purchased 7 pair of compression socks from this company. They quickly shipped the order, and I paid the price in full via my credit card.

Within a week, I had advertising popping upon my computer screen about compression socks, and when I clicked on one of the ads, I discovered the same product and SKU # for a much lower price. I called customer service of CompressionSale.com, gave them the link to the web site with the lower price, and they issued me a revised invoice.

I called to inquire if they were going to refund the discount via a credit to my credit card, $46.62, and they told me that they would not honor the revised discount.

I spoke with 3 different customer service reps, each one nastier than the other. One rep told me to shop better before I purchase online. They will not honor their guarantee of lowest price, and they won't even honor their revised invoice and issue me the credit they admit is owed to me.

Don't buy from these people....Not trustworthy, Not honorable...

BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy anything from this company unless you are absolutely sure it will fit and that you will definitely be able to use the product. There is a Return Policy that talks about how to "return" an item but none of the name brand compression socks can be returned for a refund, STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Once they have your money you will never get it back... and make sure you get a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number before returning an item or they will take a 25% restocking fee leaving you with 75% of your money in store credit. AND... If you used their free shipping option they will also deduct $6.95-$9.95 from any exchanges.

Sale discount code "SOCKS10" gave 10% off everything in the store except for the name brand compression socks they sold. What a come on!

My advice? Buy at your local medical equipment store, they are not that much more expensive and have a much more friendly return policy.

My story? I bought some compression socks for my pregnant daughter's swollen ankles and she had an emergency c-section before the socks arrived, by the time she got home from the hospital she didn't need the socks. CompressionSocks.com's attitude is "That's your problem".

VERY POOR REFUND POLICY- It's people like me who can't get our money back who subsidize the lower prices that everyone else takes advantage of.

This company has horrible customer service and a very deceptive return policy. I recently ordered a Jobst surgical vest after a recent surgery. It took the vest almost two weeks to arrive and I live about a 4 hour drive away from this store. My item arrived the day before my doctor's appointment. After I saw my doctor, I was told that I didn't need to wear the vest anymore.

I tried to return the vest by following the return procedure on their website. I was later infomed that because this item was a Jobst item, I could not return it for credit only for store exchange because of a contract they signed with Jobst. The customer service rep I spoke with was very uncaring and unwilling to help me even after I informed him that this was an unopened item. I informed the rep that I didn't need or want anyting from his store. All I wanted was my $75 back and I was told that I wouldn't get that.

I went back to their website to look at the return policy. The fact that this item is a return for store credit only is very well hidden. The first pop up box that explained the 180 day return policy did not inform me that this was a store credit item only. I had to click on the full return policy and read the very small fine print to see that this was a store credit policy.

I never should have ordered from this company. On top of my medical bills from my surgery, I am now out $75 for this vest I no longer need. I will never order anything from this compay again. Do not order anything from this company with out identifying if your item even qualifies for a return. If it doesn't, don't order it. Get it from somewhere else.

I ordered McDavid compression sleeve model #8836. I received model# 6572. I sent an email regarding this and got no reply in 2 weeks so I called them. The rep stated the 6572 is the replacement for it and the newer version. I looked on their website and the 6572 was a cheaper item. I called the manfacturer McDavid and they stated it is not the same product and that 8836, the product I ordered, is the better product. I emailed Compression sport back with that info and was told they don't know who I spoke to at their company but they are different products and that I had ordered the 6572 model number and I should have caught that I ordered the wrong item on my email. I looked at my email and it clearly shows Mcdavid model #8836 like I ordered, however, it also shows Compression sport item #as 6572 which I understood to be their internal number since it showed model #8836 as the actual product model #.

I replied with screenshots to prove I ordered #8836. They apologized, said it was their website error and they would fix the website as I clearly had ordered #8836. They stated they would exchange it and they would cover the cost of reshipping. I received another email from them with a return authorization that stated they would cover the cost of reshipping in the return authorization. 2 weeks after receiving the product they hadn't sent me anything so I emailed them a reply to the return authorization. Their response was that they will ship it today and had charged me $6.95 to reship, even though that very same email had the email string from them stating they would pay the reshipping. I replied that I shouldn't have to pay that since it was their error in shipping me the wrong product and that I had 2 emails stating they would cover the cost of the reshipping. This was a horrendous experience and probably commonplace for them. Additionally, I shouldn't have even had to pay to ship the wrong product back to them in the first place but did so anyway and now they've charged my credit card without my permission $6.95. I will keep fighting this but shouldn't have to. I wonder how many others this happen to that don't do anything about it.

Additionally, I checked their website 4 weeks after they stated they would fix the website error and they still haven't fixed it so it may be deceptive to others who don't catch it or don't deal with it.

I purchased some compression socks for my husband that needs them for his veins in his legs. I receive them paying $33.72 and they looked like they would fit a 10 yr old. I proceeded to call them they stated to return them please go to their website. That's when I saw all of these conditions of returns. I proceeded to request a RMA# for my return and stated on the field that I will not be paying another $6.95 for another pair of socks that obviously was the size for a child not a grown man.

She stated the other option was to return them get a refund, next sentance was and there is a restocking fee of 15%. Then I was told on another conversation as I kept asking questions that oh yes these do not qualify for a replacement only a store credit. WOW what a mess. This outfit should be shut down. It is in operation only to rip off the customer. I now own compression socks for a small person. NO customer service at all. I will keep spreading the word on this company. I did report them to the BBB of IL, and they said the company refused to responde to them. So no working with people at all even though they now have a bad rep reported on their BBB site. DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER
