If you get an offer letter from ComplianceOnline, throw it on their face. Never work for these rascals in your dreams. It is the most atrocious employer I have come across. I don’t know how they treat employees in the MetricStream head office in CA, but here in Bangalore, it could rather be called a cellar.
As an employee, you are expected to only put down your head and work from morning till evening, as it were a medieval guild. You are prohibited from even taking a coffee during work hours. Their idea is to keep their employees as servants. If you want a day’s off –your own earned leave –you have to go through a hell of bureaucratic procedures. Added to all these, the servility they expect, and the favoritism at the workplace are too shocking to be described. No questions asked if you are in the management’s good books. The way you're treated is completely different then. Scoundrels. Dirty Scoundrels.

I joined this organisation as an innocent guy, like all others who fall into the trap of the glib, sweet talk of its Director, Priyabrata Sahoo. Once you get to know him better, you will realize how artificial, destructive and dangerous his talk is. He is a schemer who goes to any extent to ruin your career prospects. If you work for this company, you will end up in a mental asylum, the way I nearly did.
