Same thing happened to me

The same thing happened to me- I was told many times that my necklace was on the way and it never arrived. I contacted her and at the beginning she was receptive, but then I was blocked on Instagram. After waiting several weeks and giving her the benefit of the doubt, I went to my bank and filed a complaint. She is a good artist, but I would not recommend buying anything from her because who knows if you’ll receive it.

I found Committed Girls Jewelry via Instagram. I was initially enamored by her products and I figured she had to be legitimate because she had a large following and appeared to have loyal customers. Shortly after following her, she posted an item I was highly interested in. I had a few questions about the product and she answered me very promptly. I took a dive and went for it (big mistake). On 5/16/16, she sent me an invoice for $156.00 for the product on PayPal. $150.00 for the product and $6.00 for shipping. Upon paying in full, I did not receive an order status update or a shipping receipt. I gave her a couple weeks and on 5/24/16 I direct messaged her on Instagram (I should have emailed her). She did not read my message let alone open it, although she was going about usual Instagram business (liking other users pictures and posting pictures as well). It disgusted me to think how quickly she responded to me prior the payment in contrast to her ignoring my message. Another disturbing fact is that when I log into my PayPal account, it shows no activity within the past 90 days even though my credit card had been charged THE DAY I PAID THE INVOICE. As of earlier today, I emailed her and have also filed a dispute via PayPal. I will do everything in my power to expose this fradulant individual. Elisa Gomez is "committed", committed to stealing your money!

I paid $225 for a necklace in July 2017, that I never received. It has been one excuse after another….moving, storm, re-setting up her work space. When I finally asked for a refund, my item had been miraculously mailed that day! I was given a tracking number, which never entered the USPS mail system. I was told to be patient, it might show up. Right. Then I got a burst of communication around November 2017, assuring me I was going to be taken care of. I was given a phone number, encouraged to call or text. Like a fool, I texted the number, and of course, got zero response.

I am saddened to find out what happened to me, has happened to so many others!

I think this is really bad business, and it’s obviously not the first time.

I was ripped off . I trusted her to hold up her end of the deal.

Shame on you, Eliza Gomez!

Wish I'd seen these reviews first!!!

OMG, I wish I had seen this before I too was conned! I desperately wanted a ring from Committed Jewelry and saved up enough to purchase it. It was over £300 + I had to add shipping to the UK. I ordered in June. Several weeks passed, nothing. No contact at all. I received no replies to my numerous emails. I contacted Elisa via Instagram in the end and got the excuses you guys did. Busy, moving, blah blah blah. Stupidly I continued to be patient after being told it had been sent. I asked for a tracking number, which never came. Luckily I paid via a credit card, I wrote to them and got a refund (this was after waiting for months) I posted a negative comment on her Facebook page which was deleted by her. I also posted on Instagram and got a direct message saying she had no idea that I had never received my ring? Er, forgive me but din't you know what you're making, when you make it and to whom it is sent? I asked why and all I got was 'sorry, everything got on top of me'. Absolutely no offer to give me my money back. I honestly think there should be a way to get her closed down because she is a thief and a liar. It's such a shame as I adored the ring design. Trying to find someone in the UK now that can make me something similar.

Elissa took over $100 from me and never sent me my ring or responded to my messages.

Wow

Reading these I am appalled. A friend of mine back in July had ordered, paid for and received a ring. Which was gorgeous. I myself reached out to Elisa and she responded right away! I paid over $100 for this ring and she has ghosted me and it has been over 2 months. I wish I had googled her and read some reviews before sending her so much money. I am extremely upset.

I paid Elisa Gomez of Committed Jewelry, back in November the 28th for a Christmas gift. After messaging her via Instagram & email various times, she messages me a month later with the "I just saw this" message. I asked her to reimburse me and she went mute again. After a few more messages, she said she was going to mail it that Wednesday. Two Wednesdasy passed and nothing, I messaged her again telling her I wanted my money back. Then there were more excuses. But never anything about reimbursement or a tracking number. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to recoup my losses! Stay away from this thief!

On October 1st 2016 I ordered a ring from Committed Jewelry. I paid Elisa Gomez $199.00 for a ring to be made. She promised it would be delivered between 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I sent her a message via Instagram which she did not answer. After 5 messages and a weeks later she answered that the ring would be mailed the next day. After a week and I didn't not receive the ring I messaged her again with no reply. On January 7th I sent her an email. 2 days later she relpyed asking me what I had ordered. I sent her a picture and size. That was the last time I heard from her. After 4 emails, 4 Instagram and Facebook messages I have heard nothing. This person should not be allowed to do business in line. She is a liar and a thief.

Ordered a ring in November, paid for it and was told it would be here for Christmas. It never arrived. She won't answer emails, Facebook and IG messages. Will not issue a refund or respond. Don't trust her. She's seems very sweet is a con artist

I ordered 2 rings on 16 November 2014 it is now 30 November 2015 and still nothing. For months she has said she will send but she has not. I have now given up hope a year later and don't expect to ever receive anything. Etsy has banned this seller but she is operating through Facebook and her online store. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her have extra time to send the product. I will never be so patient again in the future if I do not get my items within 30 days I will go to my bank ASAP to get charges reversed regardless of promises by sellers.
