I have been a customer of Colorado Central Telecom for 5 years, and over the past 1-2 years I have seen a marked decline in their level of service. I am paying for 8 Gbit service and have to call at least 2-3 times per week becuase my bandwidth drops below 4 Gbits. Tonight, my service was measured on DSLReports at 2.5 GBits/Sec. I have spoken with them many times, and they usually patch me to a circuit that is not overloaded, but their infrastructure is now over subscribed, and tehy cannot provide reliable bandwidth. They need to be exposed.
