Jon Omar Blanda Esquire DBA Collection at Law knowingly and intentionally dropped a civil court summons on the ground outside a residence he knows I no longer reside at to obtain a civil judgment against me without my knowledge, (which he did get), to fraudulently and illegally steal $5000 out of my checking account. When calling his office to complain they just laughed at me and then hung up on me. I need help getting this low life scammer to return my money. Because of my unemployment related to Covid-19 that was my entire life savings Jon Blanda stole from me with his illegal scheme. He should also be disbarred and no longer allowed to practice law In California.
