CodeApogee worked out a payment agreement where they were being compensated on a monthly retainer. There were some language discrepancies with billing Toadlane Shiva said but I had a third party developer investigate and they had been billing Toadlane.com for three months without doing any work, the developement work they completed previously lacked documentation, and they were behind schedule.
When I confronted Shiva about this, Shiva threatened a collections company against Toadlane and stopped responding. I repeat, no matter how many fake smears Codeapogee makes, I will not pay Shiva $22,000 for unfinished and undocumented work that they did not do. He has not contacted Toadlane for many months and now that we release an update he is looking for money.
We are much happier with our developement team in the united states!
