Purchased a car from JD BYrider in April 2017, even though it's a high payment and high interest I was happy to get approved. Had some bad luck with vehicles , anyway been paying on it for 6 months , late by one day 1 time , which they don't give a grace period . Every payday they call me and harrass me for the payment so I get tired of it and told them to please stop bugging me I'm at work , they payment will be made after work like always. So the lady on the phone became very rude so I told her how I felt and told her please do not call me, that was at 11am so after work 245pm I made the payment online for 183.99 they took my money out like always figured everything was fine, then Monday started getting calls and emails for my payment that I had already paid , they told me I did pay it but later on that day I called and asked for a refund , which never happened , so I had to call and speak to this rude lady again , had more choice words for her so she laughed like an idiot , got my bank statement , showing the payment was taken out and never refunded, faxed it to them , spoke to another person the day after . They told me again they refunded the money because I called in and asked for a refund. All of the conversations were recorded EXCEPT the one that I supposedly called in and asked for a refund . So where did my money go? Days goes by still no refund and they keep calling my work and family to locate me , which they have my number .

I have been with JD Byrider for nearly 6 months now and have made every payment on time (including the down payment rebate) and the one time I fall short of a payment 3 days late (so far) I get harassed and threatened. My girlfriend was put on bedrest during her pregnancy yet still requires a vehicle for emergency purposes since I work 2nd shift, not to mention we're paid on opposite weeks. I spoke to a CNAC rep and told them that I will be submitting a payment on the following Friday and the first thing I was asked was if I had family or friends who could give me the money in order to make a payment, as if people I know are rich like that. Not only that but they claimed that since I'm considered a "new driver" there is no way that there can be a grant of an extension. Now correct me if I'm wrong but even banks grant at least a 10 day extension. I've read reviews submitted regarding JD Byrider and CNAC and have since found out a case where a woman went in to labor the day before a payment was due and given that she couldn't manage a payment on THAT day, they called and harassed her constantly and threatened (I believe have even) repossessed the vehicle.
