While my niece was applying for Akron Metropolitan Housing, the link for free credit score popped-up. Although billing agent claims an email should have been sent about the trial period, it was not. When credited card number was requested it said that they were only billing a dollar charge. I printed all reports off there website that was displayed and at no time did I receive any type of account number acknowledging that this was a 7 day trial. Also according to billing agent this company claims to offer roadside service, free magazines, restaurant coupons and other amenities with its subscription, none of which we have received by mail. This in my opinion constitutes fraud or a scam since we did not received any correspondence from this company for any type of telephone number for questions. But, they had no trouble billing my checking account and by cancelling now I will not even received the advantage of a one month membership although its not due to expire until August 27th.
i was told I had until 1/28/18 to use the services since my account had already been charged and they were not going to refund my money. I was told that I had access to free grocery and restaurant coupons. i procceded to go to the website to take advantage of the coupons adding several items to my cart or so I thought I was.
After adding about seven or eight items i go the shopping cart and it was totally empty. I thought maybe i didn't do something right, so I repeated the process and still no items in my cart. This went on for about 10 minutes or so, then all of a sudden I was logged out of the system due to inactivity.
How can that be when i'm constantly pushing buttons and going from page to page searching for coupons? This company is worthless and I wouldn't advise anyone to use it.
Be aware that CLICKYOURSCORES.COM charges you $39.00 a month for a credit score report that Credit Karma gives you for free. I signed up for there 7 day free trial and got nothing that Credit Karma couldn't provide me? I missed the free trial cutoff by 15 hrs, and they charged me $39.00 for a service I won't be using. No customer leniency! Just want your money until you find out there are plenty of places to get your report for free.
