This is the worst company! I ordered a hige case of ink because they were having a sale and I had problems with the ink from day one. They won't work in my printer, the seals rip and they leak all over. I've had to call several times and keep switchinv out the cartridges but they never work. Later time I called they said they couldn't help because my ink is out of warranty. (Unopened CASE now 7 months old with 10 cartridges wasted because they won't work ir are defective) The whole case is bad! They suggested I buy more ink snd argued with me each time I called. They are rude and completely unhelpful. So my $150 is stolen and wasted on bad ink a company could care less about. I filed a complaint with the BBB and (surprise!) the company never responded. RIP OFF. BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Clickink.com promised but failed to refund the $96.76 that I paid for remanufactured ink cartridges that will not work in my printer.

On 8/1/2015 I ordered 9 remanufactured ink cartridges from Clinkinks.com for my new HP Officejet Pro 6835 printer at a cost of $96.76. As my original printer ink ran out I began using the Clickinks replacement cartridges. Some of them worked for a few sheets of paper but they all began to produce "Damaged" errors and stop working altogether. Also one of them had leaked ink in the unopened package.

I contacted Clickinks and they sent me "troubleshooting instructions" on 9/14/2015. I tried these instructions repeatedly to no avail, and asked them for a refund on the same day.

Clickinks sent me a return label (RM-CI100022412) and I mailed my entire order of unusable cartridges back to them on 9/23/2015.

On 10/12/2015 I emailed to inquire as to why my money had not been refunded. On 10/13/2015 Clickinks emailed me confirming that they received the returned items, stating that the amount I paid would be refunded into the account I used for payment, and asking to allow 21 days for processing.

On 11/18/2015 I emailed Clickinks that if I did not receive an immediate refund I would file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and elsewhere. I have received no refund.

Clickinks (through Groupon) sold me defective ink cartridges. These were 100% guaranteed to fit. They did not fit andk

leaked all over my printer. I called them and was told to return them( I paid for postage) and they would refund me. After 12-15 phone calls, emails etc. I never received any money back, but they kept promising. My printer has never worked the same again!! Don't ever buy from these people!! They are liars and scammers, #344 BBB complaints to date!!! I should have looked them up first!

I ordered a package of ink for my Cannoon printer, never received the product but they took the cash from my debit card when I called to see where my order was the rude lady said it was on back order, I said how long do I have to wait I need the ink now she could not give me a straight answer that was September 21,2015. I told her that I want a refund because I can't wait for a back order item that I was never told about, she said she would put in for the refund, it has now been over thirty days and still no refund. I called today again and the girl told me it could take another 30 days to receive my money and then when I told her I was reporting the company for FRAUD she hung up on me.
