He treats all of his targets equally without any discrimination: Cooley approaches investors and feeds them his 'AppSwarm Inc founder', 'born entrepreneur' 'Google me now' sham and asks for investment. With $SWRM having a reputation in the market, no investor refuses his request and falls for his empty promises to help them achieve greatness. What happens afterwards is nothing but this scoundrel taking as much advantage of the other party as he can and denying their existence as soon as his mission is a success. That is the exact summary of how he got us too. Clay Cooley approached us and asked to enter a business investor deal with us- we did a brief background check and then went ahead with it.
The possibility that this could be a scam never occurred to us at all at that time. A couple of rehearsed empty promises, and were sold. We should have been suspicious when Cooley asked us to transfer the 'investment' in his personal account. However- being the experienced liar that he is, he coaxed us into investing anyway, and that was what sealed our fate. Just to confirm that our funds had landed with the company safely, we contacted App Swarm Inc only to be told that no such investment had ever entered the company's financial streams. That is when we realized the full extent of the loss that we were now left with. We had invested every spare penny and were now broke.
But as expected from a scam like him, he could not care any less- or have sympathy for that matter. Clay Cooley and App swarm Inc staff humiliated us to the best of their abilities when all we were asking for was an explanation. It made us realize that his disgusting tricks could not go on any longer- so here this is a warning to stay away from him and his ventures, and shame them publicly.
Went to clay Cooley to get a vehicle, they took hours to even see me when I did get a chance to speak with a salesmen he was working with several customers at a time which did not bother me so much but did the others , we got a chance to walk the lot to see the vehicles I needed transportation so bad and was desperate,. I advised them that my credit was very poor at the time so we went thru that so I then felt a little positive it was raining the person brought me to the dealership was getting tired of dealing with me said I needed to do something now while I was there so they then offered me a deal after hearing her say this so then I got stuck between a rock and a hard place with a 2011 Dodge Avenger price then was 24,000 dollars (twenty four thousand dollars) the interest rates high I have paid this car down to 12,000. paying on this car for two years now not to.mention when have to do repairs plus car note of 510$ a month now mind you I am trying to build my credit up all at the same time. They have not been reporting any thing to the credit bureaus now how that for a big knock down so I am been kicked all the way around abused and ripped off while being taken advantage of so why should this company keep getting away with what they are doing to poor defenseless people please do something to help us Thanks so much for the opportunity to say my piece. I went to buy a car with a witness, I was told car had never been wrecked they showed me a print out of a car fax you could not read it they said they would get me another. We asked because hood had two inch gap around it. Then washer fluid did not work and was told they would fix that for us and car still had stuff in back grim previous owner and we was told they would detail the car for us.After I purchased they car and driving I kept wondering about the hood and took to auto body shop and was told it had been in a wreck and that the reason washer fluid did not work is because it had been crushed in the wreck and not fixed. I was upset called dealership they continue say car never in a wreck and would not put me into something else and said only way they can is after a year of timley payment. After 3 months emailing and getting no reply back from corp. I got an email guarantee me an upgrade to bring my car to dealership .I went spent two hours to be told that was clerical error and they would not honnor this. Then come to find out that my car is only worth 5k not 14 k as they making me pay. This is a bad company and not sure how they are allowed to continue to opertate. Now im getting calls because i refused to pay and want out of lease because they rip me off and deceived me threatening calls and being yelled at.
