Scott Wigginton, using numerous company names, texas land co, classic country land, liberty land, online land sales, with the assistance of Lori Murphy (office manager) and Rachelle Ray Wigginton (wife and co signer on properties he buys) fraudulently sells properties on ebay and numerous other websites. He does illegal surveys, as the state of oklahoma issued court order to stop doing, but he continues to do so. He advertises properties with features then changes features after purchase. He threatens people with foreclosure if you refute his false claims. He has sold the same propertyto numerous people, yet makes the same false claims to new people even though he was notified his claims are false. He lost a major lawsuit in missouri and has leins on all his property in the state. He lists false people with false reviews on his websites.

Scammers finally off ebay currently

Ebay finally took them off. I have spent 6 years trying to warn people not to buy from lori, scott, shawn, jen and rachele. These people lie about property features, lie about road conditions. They move lot lines any time it pleases them to try to sell adjacent properties. They make up new roads that never existed. They will eventually be in prison for all the fraud they commit. I just hope i live to see it all.

Classic country land is a scam. They offer financing on parcels of land, one of the terms that shows up on the financing is the balloon payment. When I asked about the balloon payment I was told not to worry about it because I could refinance by that time. I had two parcels of land next to one another, I was given a discount for taking the two properties.

I fell behind on my payment by 1 month due to illiness, I sent an email to let them know I would be late over a week before the original payment was due. We made arrangements for me to make up the payment allowing me to catch up. I had to make one payment of $560.00 and the second would be $310.00. I made the first payment of $560.00 before the required date which was the 1st of the month. I made the payment on the 26th of the month before it was due. I had to make the next payment by the 15th of the month however I was sent an email on the 7th of the month telling me I was being forcloused on. When I asked about the arrangement we had I was told that the person who set the arrangement up with me had to answer to another person who would not honor the agreement. I could have made a bigger deal about it because I did have the initial email. But considering what they were doing I really didn't have the desire to deal with them anymore.

If I had known that the agreement was not going to be honored and that I would be forcloused upon anyway I can honestly say that I would not have paid the $560.00 I was asked to pay as part of the arrangement. So I was forcloused upon at which time I started asking questions just because I wanted to see what they would say.

I asked when the property would be back on the market and how much it would be incase I knew someone who wanted to purchase it. They said it would be back on the market in a week and the cost would be the original cost minus the amount I already paid. I also asked if I would be able to purchase property with them at another point if I wanted to. I was told that I would be welcome to purchase again and that I could actually purchase my same property for another downpayment.

I watched their website and saw one property go up on the website however the second property remained sold on the website, which makes me think it had already been sold. Do your homework before you go with this company, check the area you want to purchase in because there may be land owners who want to sell or other companies that offer financing under better more honest terms.

Your fault

This sounds like it is all your fault. How is that a scam that you missed your payments. It seems like you are not in a position to buy land if you have to finance it and can't afford to make payments. I don't see how your review makes this company a scam. It seems like you used this as a way to vent your frustration.

Be careful. Inspect property thoroughly

Right now they are sellingAbout 15 properties at bluebird ranch tn. These people are going to get landlocked after the first big rain... The properties are all well eroded with deep ravines. The entrance road drops down about 50ft all clay road..great when dry... But just a tiny bit moisture and you are not getting out of the hole. You been warned. And Lori property manager is nasty coming off as nurse ratchet... Twisting your words etc. Bcareful... An engineer also agrees and pointed out much more that was wrong, and he knows this property... And the loggers tried to STEAL his access because this access is bad. I have looked at several properties, two in Tenn and all in Mo... All clear cut. Mo looks like a nuke went off on them. DO NOT BUY SITE UNSEEN. there are individual s that sell owner finance...it pays to get the 20%and get away from these crooks
