Instead of taking applications in good faith and doing the due diligence to either accept or reject them one at a time, he harvests as many application fees as possible (this is apparently his real "business").
After receiving my application (perfect credit and rental history), he changed the terms of the lease and tried to get me to out-bid others in the stable of "applicants". When I informed him I was not interested in his new terms, nor bidding at his "auction" and requested my application fee be reimbursed, he hung up the phone and now never answers, neither my, nor my agents calls. Unfortunately, I will now pursue my remedies under law to teach this scammer, Zarni Win, a lesson in ethical business practices. Buyer Beware. Zarni Win is a realestate scammer.
