1st off, this piece of garbage card never worked correctly since I got it. When I attempted to pay my bill online just like any other apathetic company of today, it didn't work at all either. So on October 16 of this year, after being transferred back and forth to Mumbai, about 10 times (no exaggeration), I spoke to a girl named Michelle who gave me a confirmation number. I was naturally under the impression that the bill was paid. Because she lied about it, or was too dumb to know how to make the payment, the company begins to charge me finance charges for being late!
So after being hounded by Citibank on their behalf, I contacted them today. I described my scenario about 12 times. Then when somebody transferred me to billing they hung up on me! Then get this-they can't take off the total amount of finances because their flagrantly inept system can't back out their finance charges below $40 for their mistake.
