Lone Star custom cycles llc picked up my bike from another shop ticket to there is without authorization approval by myself which led to looking for my bike for almost 2 months. I've visited every motorcycle custom shop around me I received information I was looking for the whereabouts of where my bike went, when I got there a person running the shop which is James duane osburn the owners son. the member founding member of the LLC the company is Mr. bill burn is the foundingThr member and sole owner father to james osburn. Set down Mr. James Osborne any explain to me that we are in good hands that I can rest assure that my bike will be customized and will be completed.
Prior to my bike being moved to Lone Star there were parts that had already purchased by me that was also collected by Lone Star when Mohawk closed overnight. Apparently there was a business deal between Lone Star in Mohawk to take the inventory and parts that were left. James osburn knew this and confirmed he had them in his possession. When I looked at my bike it was in pieces it was a brand new 2018 Harley Street glide. With my bike being in pieces I had to have somebody accountable for my bike so instead of taking my bike in going elsewhere that is why I kept it there in decided to do business with them We go over the many items that I was requesting to have customized on my bike.
Bill his father and James have not return my phone calls and have contiued to give me the run around through their techs. they've had my bike for 10 months now in all that is been done is a paint job and the 7 parts that I had previously paid for aside from the 17k we paid them. The additional work that I wanted done came out to $17,000.00 that i paid upfront. We agreed that there would be receipts for everything purchased for my bike to prove that it is brand new and a spread sheet of labor hours spent on my bike to justify the cost to custom the bike. Bill and James have taken my $17,000 and have ran leaving me with nothing.
This bike was being customized for my best friend who has stage 4 terminal cancer. He has been given at best 3 years to live if he's lucky. My friend is Carl Saywer of cypress Texas. He has 2 small children just 3 and 5 years old that he will have to say goodbye to way too soon. To have a grown man crying like a baby not wanting to leave his children and his wife alone in this world we live in today hurts my heart and is not fair and Here I am trying to make the best of what short time he has left to enjoy what's left and let us enjoy his soul for the same.
Now I have these monsters taking advantage of innocent people. The owner bill and his son have laughed at me called me names. They told me "they did not care maybe your friend try to not get cancer". We are filing police reports with the authorities hopefully they will go to jail. We are also going to be suing them for more than 3 times the money lost. They have lied to me, my family, my friend, and his family for their own personal gain.
We found out Bill the primary member of the LLC also goes by another business name of circle b coatings and James is a career criminal with aggravated assault resulting in serious bodly injury charge of a class b felony and another aggravated assault on a family member charged felony and a charge for fleeing and evading the police and a dwi!
Smh why would his father bill the owner of the company have his son managing this motorcycle shop. I have been threatened by son James Osburn I have a family I have children I do what's right and I'm scared he could Hurt me. It's just not fair and I hope that justice is served.
