Maren Werts is one of the worst attorneys in North Carolina. She uses litigation as a means for personal gain by withholding vital information from her clients, stating innuendoes in an effort to incite the client to sue. This is all done for personal gain. She loves nothing better than to drag things out and charge enormous legal fees. Why would she want to speedily settle anything? She makes more money by not settling. It does not matter to her whether the client wins or loses. All that matters to her is the bottom line, her bottom line. She is a poor excuse for an attorney and does not represent the NC Bar well.
