Please, plese help me get this matter resolved. You are my last hope. I have tried to tale to the Pastor Dr. Eugene Lundy and the Assistat Pastor Glenn Walter. I have went to the authrative bodies , the Ohio District Council, Executive Board as well as the Executive Board and Leader of the Pentacostal Assemblies of the World, Bishop Charles Ellis to no avail.
I was adking for my last check, COBRA coverage and repayment of tuition payments I was coxered to make for the Assistant's Pastor's daughter college tuition.
I was an employee at the church for three years. I worked under both Dr. Eugene Lundy and Elder Glenn Walter. The Assistant Pastor used his position to get money from the congregation. In my case he was my boss and had me use money from my IRA to pay his daughter's tuition.
After I became ill and when I wouod not go along with unethical actions, I became the victim of harassment.
had suffered a stroke and was disable prior to be hired by Church. I became ill and was hospitalized, while home sick was stold by vocemail to turn in keys. Insurance coverage was terminated mid month and I was denied COBRA.
THe church officals gave false statements to the Ohio Unemployment Office regardig the amount of my wages. It was reported that I did not make the minimum $200 per week to claim unemployment. However this was un true since I made over $500 per week.
Although, the church did not pay into the unemployment system, I had previously worked for the State of Ohio within the approriate time frame to be elligible.
After i left my assistat was harrassed to the poin tht she tried to commit suicide on the second floor of the church. She was found hanging and the police were called.
She was hospitalized for 30 days and when she returned to work, her hours were cut in half and although she had had surgery for cancer , her insurance was cancelled.
