I met him at one of the art festivals when one of my kids wanted to buy any snow we come in at first he was nice but then he ripped off my kid by charging nine dollars for a snowy, and then on top of that he didn't even hardly put any Flavor where my child was complaining that it was as he was just eating ice
When I went back to him and asked him if he could put a little bit more flavor he started making fun of me in downplayed it saying that that's all I was going to get.
So as we were eating our snowing cold we could see that you were staring at other children It felt kind of creepy and when we went back asking him again if he could at least compensate us for the snowy cone
Then he mention that he could give me a discount because he worked in the medical field and we started talking and he said that he could give me a discount for a chiropractor to make up for the loss
He was basically trying to avoid the conversation and change the subject and then trying to sell me on another service that he probably would just as likely rip me off again
I would seriously not do any business with this individual I found out his name but I could not get his home address or his telephone number but if you see a snowy cone and the guys name is Chris avoid this person at all cost
