I hired Chris Bell heating and cooling to come in and service my fireplace and my hot water tank so that I could receive a certificate of occupancy. Chris Bell was paid $75.00 in cash and receipt in hand. After handing over the receipt he began to do what I thought to be an inspection and come to find out he did nothing.
The township informed me that Chris bell missed several things that needed to be documented on his receipt. I informed Chris Bell that I needed a legitimate letterhead with his company name, his credentials, as well as the information listed on the hot water tank. Chrsi informed me that he would gather that information and get it to me. I waited a few days and then contacted Chris Bell and founs out that his cellphone was not accrepting incomiong calls at that time.
I was finally able to get a hold on him and requested the information for my home inspection and at this time I have not been able to get in touch with him every since. I failed the inspection, had to pay someone else to come out and complete the job that Chris Bell did not complete, I had to pay for another inspection to replace the one that Chris Bell did not complete.
Needless to say I did receive my certificate and I have not been able to get a hold of Chris Bell ever sense. Please, Please, Please whatever you do do, do not hire this man. He is not certified and he is also a thief
