I placed an order on chimpbasket for an iron for 47 dollars and never received an email confirmation or anything. I emailed them and heard nothing!! it’s a complete scam!!

I ordered a curling iron I paid $47 for it. It never came. I checked on their website and it said sale completed. I emailed them several times. No reply. I requested a refund and got one response saying refund not approved. Chimpbasket is not a real company. It’s a scam.
They have nothing to sell. They are scammers only trying to take you for your money. Soon they will shut down the site after they have collected enough money. Dont buy anything from them!!
I placed an order, received immediate confirmation then nothing. No tracking, no shipping and they will not return email requests.

Ordered 2 air curler irons in late February, they said my order was confirmed and they’d me an email. Never got an email. March 20th, 2019, I’m wondering where my order is? I call PayPal and they have created a ticket on it and said they will email Chimpbasket. I asked for a phone number, PayPal said, they don’t have one. ???
I contacted my bank, they did a provisional credit back to my account and now I’m filling out dispute forms. So tired of scammers and telemarketers!!
I order the curling iron on 3/1 for $57.95. Totally skeptical because I have never been big into doing my hair. Trying to boost my confidence by getting an easier tool to help me i ordered from ChimpBasket. Here it is March 12 and after over 20 emails with my order number and checking the link from my text reciept they are shut down. Looks like no curler for me :( I am beyond disappointed and can't believe people are so selfish. I will be contacting paypal today for a full refund!!!
Ordered feb 12th, money taken from paypal for the air curler iron... immediaye receipt saying no tracking from seller. Waited a few days, emailed their customer support, no answer, emailed through paypal to the seller... no answer. I can kiss that money goodbye unless PayPal gives it back. Guess I'll stick to only shopping Amazon and in store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Total scam/fraud. I ordered from chimpbasket for a curling iron for $57.95 and never received item nor tracking info. I emailed [email protected] which was provided to me in the order confirmation however no response. I then messaged on Facebook messenger and no response. After 24 hours of sending message, Facebook page was deleted and Facebook user was no longer active or accepting messages. Charge has not been disputed and trying to report everywhere I can.
Just chiming in with a "SAME". I was also scammed and ended up purchasing the hair curler with another (trusted) site and I am now disputing the Chimpbasket charge with AmExp.

Yep. Samething happen here. Bought curler, money gone. It had so many reviews on fb.. Since it was showing paypal i figured it was ok.I didnt think nothing of it. Wrong

I order a automatic curling iron on 2/24/19 from Chimpbasket. I received an intial confirmation of order email and then nothing. I sent an email for status of my order, no response. The website is no longer there and a new company named beautybucket store is advertised with the same chimp basket.com. So they appear to be opening another scam store, so beware. I am hoping PayPal will refund my money!
I have sent this company several emails with no response. It appears that I am not the only one having this problem. I typically never order from sites I do not check out first except for this time. The price was so good and there were so many reviews!! Lessoned learned. I will never do that again. I will also be contacting PayPal for a refund.
