I Kenneth buck would like to come forward with others against sb County courts and child support for ripping me off for my entire life and straight up by the sb case working internationally deny me a DNA test even i knew 100 % the kid was not mine even the s**t mother laughed and told me I was going to pay for the rest of my life for a kid that was not mine.
The case worker several years ago laughed and told me its what I can prove in court has I never once was served from all cases intentionally to summons the hearings just always the next day or two later and say we couldn't find you lol the judgements came the mail as they are so far up your asses its like doing time for life for something your truly innocent by all accounts the courts know it and sb child support as they for thirty years now and my tab is still 60 k at 55 years old and paid 70k for a complete corruption system yours truly sb County nothing but threats
harassing and rude lying man hating women that are at the courts to recruit women into divorce and child support they promise women all your legal matters they will handle and victory of financial gain to locking out any father rights just a lifetime atm by the father encourage women to break families up instead of trying to encourage reconcile keeping the family unity together always better for the children then the hell the poor kids will have to go through they don't deserve but hey wtf I have seen it over n over for many many years men get it stuck to them through corrupted courts pro women that hate men and take down men and there life for life I have docs to support everything I claimed here yes enough is enough men let's unite and expose sb County for the corruption and lifes they effect

Child support services of Loma Linda, CA claims to help children, they do nothing of the sort. All the employees are rude, ignorant of their departments, do not respond to phone calls or messages, or voicemails from parents trying to resolve their cases. When documents are filed, stamped copies aren't even given as required unless they are forced to provide them using threats of talking to their supervisors or filing complaints. Parents receiving child support are treated like they and their children do not matter, like you're just an unimportant customer. Case workers refuse to provide information and rather than say they don't know and they will find the answer, they either lie, give inaccurate information, or hang up on you. The customer service level and knowledge of their departments is pathetic. They also withhold child support payments even though there's proof they have been made online, on the child support website. They are delayed in making payments, lie about when the payment will be made, and brush you off in order to end the phone call or in person visit. No effort is given to resolve any cases. This office is a joke.
My Husband divorce was finalized on October of 1985, he was ordered to pay child support, he child support commence on October 15 1986 with a arrears of $4952.00. A wage garnishment was granted through the court and child support was garnished for 5 years. In 1991, my husband change employer and that company garnished wages this continued on Until 2000 when he youngest child turned eighteen. The original court ordered stated until each child turn eighteen years of age.
In August of 2000, Child Support Service, with out filing any court paper work issued a Child support garnishment on Him, this was after his child had already turned eighteen. My husband knew that he still owned the arrears from 1986 with interest so he did not think of anything he just allowed the garrishment. I was talking to my husband and asked what the deduction was on his check? he said "it was for back child support arrears". what from 2000 to 2016, this is 16 years!
I had him contact the CSSD, and ask for a payment history, we revieved it with-in a week. I found out that my husband since 2000 had paid 67,975 in arrears. We than contacted thier office to find out what can be done to stop the child support garnishment, we were told in writing to go to 600 Commonweath Court to file a motion. I went to that court they didnot even have my husband in thier system, we asked to speak to a supervisor, who than check it herself and could not find any "Order for Child support" she recommended to go back to the original court that issued the order and to contact the State.
We contact the State who blamed Los Angeles County for the problem but they did give us instruction on the next steps to take in this matter. First request an Audit, if we do not agree with thier findings we can ask for a state hearing.
Are they for REAL, any person who went to school can do the math and see that 67,000 has been taken without an order from any Court. They can not even provide us with copies of the Order from the Original court I had to give them a copy.
How is CSSD and LCSA, doing this without a Court order, what excludes them from following the Law? they think they can just do this to people without any consequences to thier actions and than just want to point fingers instead of taking care of the problem.
We ask for proof of these Payments being processed to the payee and they cant even do that either! I have to file a Motion back to the court serve CSSD And LCSA with a subpoena for thier records so we can sue the correct party to recovey this money.
