I bought a new home from Chetty in 2012. Several things needed attention from the builder during the builder's warranty period. Numerous emails elicited nuerous promises to come and fix the problems. They never showed up. I even sent pictures of the problem...........nope........they always promised they would come, but never did. My neighbors recounted the same experiences.
Simply, in my experience, Chetty does not honor their builder's warranty. I will never buy another Chetty home and I discourage anyone looking to purchase a new home.
