I ordered something in Dec 2016 it said 5-10 days here it is Feb n my order is not here,the tracking has stopped in the U.S. I have sent email after email no email bk ,or phone call or my order,so yes they ripped me off,n don't respond so I hope this helps other ppl.Tracy ,Roebling,N.J
I ordered a certain bag , they sent me another one, different color, different hardware. When I emailed them with picture of the order and picture of the bag that I received...they never responded. Until this incident I was their regular customer! I am very disappointed !!!
I order a couple of items on this website they came within the normal time frame.So I will give them another try and that was a bad Idea I order with my credit card and my bank call and someone was trying to purchase something in line with my info had to cancel my card right before the holidays has email them several times know response
I purchased a jacket from this company via westerunion. They sent a message saying that they received the money and they will send the goods in a few days . 2 days later they sent a msessage saying that the good that i purchased is out of stock ( they already received the payment ) . I got angry and pushed to choose another style. A day later they sent a similar message saying that its already out of stock. I wrote too many things to them and said that i will press the laws. They stopped replying. They took the money . They are completely a fraud company. I dont know what Im going to do... They should be stopped immediately...
I ordered 2 replica watches and paid via Western Union. I received confirmation of my order and a few days later I received shipping details and tracking. The tracking didn't work and I even called and DHL said it wasn't their tracking number. So I waited the 9 days for shipping and nothing came. I contacted CheapGrandTrade and they said "Ems returned your package we will ship it out again tomorrow and send you tracking information". We here it is 1 month later no tracking information they won't respond to my emails and they got my money!
Bought some fake marc jacobs sunglasses (cheap item) so I could see what quality is like and not worry if I lose on out money as they were $16. However shipping was an additional £25!! The sunglasses came within approx 12 days and they;re great look so real id use this website again
I know thw glasses are replicas but i find them good so i purchase for 264$ with some bags. We are January 13th 2018 i order on October 2017 they got the money and never send a travking nothing they scammers

They do not have a phone number or not even WhatsApp number in order to talk to someone. I even filed a fraud alert with Western Union.
I purchased a couple of items from this website after doing some initial research. My research showed only one bad complaint compared to the good ones I saw so I decided to give them a chance. After placing the order and sending the money via western union then emailing them a copy of the receipt, I was told that I would get a tracking number in a couple of days. Well, I have not gotten a tracking number nor any other correspondence from them about my order!

Advice
NEVER send ANYBODY money through western union in exchange for goods. That is a scam at its best!!!!!!!
