Consulted with Richard Pigg, a sales representative for Chavers Gasket , owned by Roncelli Plastics. We spoke extensively about some custom work our company needed done, Mr. Pigg gave me the quote and we thought it was reasonable except for the required deposit, that came to roughly $ 41,000 dollars. Mr, Pigg further instructed us with a bank wire route and and we became suspicious when the name on the account was BOARDWALK PROPERTIES LLC. When we confronted him , he explained he that he was a private contractor and that it was common protocol as the account executive for Chavers Gasket, that has Riley Cole listed as the CEO. Mr. Pigg went on to try to assure us that he would manage the entire transaction, start to finish and would even apply a 25% discount to the order upon its completion. Our Secretary had run a check on Richard Pigg and found out that Richard Pigg, Rick Pigg was a self proclaimed criminal and con artist, who had recently admitted to some terrible crimes that can carry a thirty year prison sentence including arson ,mail fraud, bank fraud, and looks like embezzlement. This is public record, and its all over the internet. Just googled Rick Pigg, he use to be VP at Community First Bank in Mt. Vernon Illinois. Looks like he was suppose be sentenced this month but somehow received a continence until October according to the court record.. This is a Total Fraud, Total Ripoff, further investigation shows Carvers Gasket to have been under investigation for nefarious activity also, who had to know that they have a admitted criminal working for them. Why couldn’t we just sent Chavers Gasket a check? We believe because Mr. Pigg was trying to get us to depot the deposit into his account, It has also been suggested that Mr. Pigg needs money if he will be successful at cutting off his possible Federal Monitoring Device to most likely try and slip into Mexico to avoid a lengthy prison sentence. Buyers Beware! This guy is dangerous and desperate. I would not do business with Chavers Gasket, this company is shady, not sure about their sister company Roncelli.com...
