We have been watching this company for several months now due to several complaints filed by former drivers and/or lease operators and/or internal employees. Thus far our results are as follows:

1. Owner Brandon Foster was the owner of Foster Frac retitled to Champion Truck Lines, LLC in April of 2015 due to the complaints in Western Texas under the name Foster Frac

2. Owner Brandon Foster has had DOT numbers involuntarily revoked by FMCSA due to one or more issues of insurance non-compliance, CSA scores, Non payment of IFTA, Non payment of company citations, etc.

3. Owner Brandon Foster does not follow FMCSA guidelines of SMS Safety Measurements. Champion Truck Lines, LLC currently has an HOS rating of 99%, Unsafe driving 69%, Maintnenance on Vehicle 69%

4. Brandon Foster refused to pay for Workmans Compensation Certification until he was sued by Joanna Ligon and lost and was fined by the state of Oklahoma. Drivers are still being told they are unable to file a claim when injured on the job. There is currently 3 drivers suing Champion Truck Lines, LLC in their home states due to injuries occuring while employed and Mr. Foster not willing to pay or reimburse for doctors visits or follow ups or allow drivers/employees to file agains his WC Insurance

5. We have obtained information that the, then recruiter/now Director of Sales and Recruiting, Ashley Baldwin stating that Champion Truck Lines, LLC offers medical and dental insurance after 90 days. It has been reported that in fact they DO NOT even have medical and dental insurance to offer.

6. The State of Kentucky has filed non-compliance for non-payment of Surety Bond in regards to Champion Truck Lines, LLC IFTA account

7.Drivers are forced to be in non-compliance of FMCSA HOS Rules and Regulations

8. Champion Truck Lines, LLC does NOT offer time off. If you must be off longer than your 34 hour restart Mr. Foster himself will tell you "your truck will be picked up by another driver and reassigned because he can not have the truck sitting not bringing in revenue"

9. Mr. Foster has 2 IFTA accounts with the State of New Mexico in which he is unwilling to pay for either account and drivers are forced to pay out of pocket expenses for a "trip permit" to get through the state.

10. Mr. Foster has had several employees payroll checks bounce due to insuffecient funds in the company accounts.

11. Mr. Foster is very volatile as there is a notice on file with his local PD in regards to the threat against one or more employee's life.

12. It is a known fact that Mr. Foster has sold a percentage of his company to individual investors due to money issues.

13. It is a known fact that Mr. Foster has employed inviduals that have been known for illegal activities.

14. It is a known fact that the Holiday Inn Express in Catoosa, OK refuses to accomadate Champion Truck Lines, LLC due to non-payment.

15. All Signs in Tulsa, OK is owed money from Brandon Foster in which he refuses to pay.

16. It has came to our knowledge just in this last week that Mr. Foster has in fact refused to pay the IRP Registration for his fleet at this time. The expiration date was 04/30 enforcement date being July 1

17. Rush Peterbilt in Tulsa, OK is owed monies

18. Some internal operations employees have helped supply information for this report, however, would like to remain anonymous as Mr. Foster threatens individuals with their jobs if they speak to anyone other than himself.

19. FMCSA has been notified of this information as well as local and state authorities as to his cohersion of employees to not follow FMCSA Guidelines and Regulations.

I urge each of you to look before you leap into this company. If it looks too good then it must be untrue. BEWARE

NEVER FORGET WHAT HAPPENED TO ARROW TRUCKING'S CEO

Unfortunately No one knows how bad it is at this company that was created by the SOLE member. Now there are new players in the game. The newest drivers and employees are so unaware of the constant scandalous acts that continuously go on. The value of human life versus MONEY.... a word that is shoved down every drivers throat and employee throat until the life is sucked out of them... NO LIE.

With all that being said, I know for fact that a class action petition has been submitted to OOIDA.

This is how the Petition reads:

PETITION FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUITE AGAINST

CHAMPION TRUCK LINES LLC, CANYON TRUCK LINES LLC, TIME LINE LEASING LLC, PERFORMANCE SAND LLC, FOSTER FRAC LLC, AND ALL ACTING OFFICERS, MANAGERS AND PARTICIPATING EMPLOYEES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL PARTICIPATING AND ACTIVE DISPATCHERS DRIVER MANAGERS AND INCLUDING ALL PARTICIPATING AND ACTIVE DRIVER RECRUITERS.

They are a trucking company that just started in Tulsa OK....they lie to get you into orientation, offer you food and say you get paid to sit in class. The information provided on their Web page talked about a lease to own option after 90 days once got to orientation you were to lease on immediately. they false advertise. Didn't pay while in training and never catered any of the training. Brandon is the owner and Sammy is his right hand guy. They came from the oil fields in southern Texas. Sammy is a womanizer harassing all the help in the office. They have not been paying any of their employees. There are drivers that have been driving for weeks and still not getting paid. They come up with every excuse in the book on why they haven't paid. They have you lease onto a truck sayin you will pay for 3 yrs but before you can pay it off they will fire you and keep the truck. This place is a joke. Horrible company to work for. You have more stress working for them then not having a job. They will give you money for doin something and say that's ur pay then take it out as an advancement. RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! They need to be shut down and thrown in jail!

Terrible company

This company is dishonest with drivers. They treat them with no respect. Payroll checks bounce for drivers and office staff. Owner does not pay his bills. No professionals in office. The office environment is child like and offensive. Definitely not a professional company. Do not work here in any capacity you will not be consistently paid. They continually hire people and cannot pay the staff they have. There are much better companies to work for.
