I applied for credational service evaluation through CGFNS. It is my second time using them. This time, I got very disapointed with the service and people who worked there. They received all my proper documents from Russia on October of 2016, and CGFNS lost them. Since january 2017 they are keep telling me to call back in 3-5 busness days and hopefully they will have some info. it was going oh untill May 2017. In May , Ms. Mitchell called me and ask me to send to her all the documents I have and she is going to f/u with me. I nevere heard from her again.I left multiple e-mails and phone messages, complete ignore. Than I had conversation with Mr. Haqq in June of 2017, He promised me to take care of my case and admitted that it is their responsibility of lost documents , and I will be update on my case all the time. Sinse our conversation I never heard from him again. I sent e-mails, no answears. Last week when i called to CGFNS, represantive ( Sabah( sorry for misspell)) hang up the phone and told me that somebody will contact me in 24-48hours, of course nobody contact me, it is been 1 week. I don't know what to do, because deadline is October 13th 2017 and service coast over $300. It this moment they are just straching the time. I want to make them to take the responsibity and make thing right.
I works as an RN since 2009 in USA.I have a RN License of NM,NY,VT,NH,FL.I have account on CGFNS since tried to make NJ RN License from 2009.
I paid money for this Service few times and paid money to NJ Board of Nursing,Checkinf criminal backgraund,fingerprints e t.c.
In 2013-2015 I completed a Registerd Nurse with MD in medical education.I had and passed NCLEX Exam. I re-filled and sent out all the forms for obtaining a License in NY. When I was at a "face to face" consultation in the CGFNS, I asked about what forms I need to fill out and what I need to do step by step to get a License for NJ. I meticulously and accurately fulfilled everything that I was recommended. I filled out and sent out the forms . My status says that "WAITING TO BE RECEIVED" even I did send same request before few times in CGFNS.
I filled in several forms to obtain a license to various states in the CGFNS. After all, I work with the CGFNS and not with different people who may not know my information. I have been trying to get help from living CGFND employees who, like human beings, and not the machine, will help sort out this bureaucratic situation that lasts so long. It's harder for me to find a job near my home and family in Philadelphia in Dialysis, as the break in the Dialysis RN profession makes it even more difficult to find a job. I ask them to find time and opportunity and to approach informally, humanly in the resolution of this my question.
Previously, you could come to a meeting with a representative of the Federation Council and try to explain your situation. Now there is only the possibility of a virtual consultation, which is ignored. My attempts even virtual consultation ended unsuccessfully in June 2017. They do not have telephones and addresses to contact people who could help you. Only formal opportunities to write a letter on their web page and a phone with a secretary that sends you to a record for a virtual meeting that does not necessarily take place.
People from CGFNS are uncontrollable by anyone. They have a monopoly on giving permission to people from other countries to get the opportunity to work for the benefit of the United States. They use their monopoly, they get money from people who have already spent time and money to get a medical education. They do not respect people in a difficult situation. The employees of this office simply follow the rules established by them as machines and will not help you to understand how a human being is. Just use your money and no one can control them.
