WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! This is a predatory lender who escapes regulation because they call their fees "percentage of revenue" rather than interest, allowing them to charge underserved small businesses ridiculous amounts of interest. Literally legal loan sharks! This company will continue to take payments AFTER your loan is paid off! CFG funded a loan I had through Crestmont Capital and continued to take payments AFTER the loan was completely paid off, then REFUSED to refund my account after I sent them my bank account detail with proof! They will dispute claims and talk in circles. If you've had a loan from this company, CHECK YOUR HISTORY to be sure they didn't steal from you! I truly believe after dealing with them that if I had not caught the additional payments coming out of my account, they would have CONTINUED to take money out of my account! Reported them to the FTC and now that I have the back and forth emails and documentation to add to my claim. I will be reporting them to the CFPB and RIP OFF report as well!

Stay away from these crooks! They are heartless and ruthless - even if you miss a payment by a day they will pursue and sue you .
They are not the company to work with in these uncertain times - go with a more reputable firm like LendingClub or OnDeck .
These guys are sharks and their late fees are exhorbitant - again stay away!
