He is living in Tampa, Florida and flying back and forth to steal peoples money by acting as a contractor without a license. I bought my first home last May and hired his company "CER Renovations" or CER custom renovations and he hired subcontractors and acted as a general contractor on my property.
He pulled a permit on my property by using a company that i had no idea of who they were. The company on the city records is "Two Jimmy's Construction". They left me homeless and without a home to move into. He stopped working on my house and disappeared. Illegally accepting money as a general contractor without a license.
