I purchased my unlock code 2/15/16, followed the instructions and it didn't work. tried again. Still didn't work. As instructed I didn't try again for fear that my phone would be hardlocked.
Submitted a form and got a response with the exact same instructions as provided originally and with no additional information on what to do as requested. No further emails have been received and I have emailed 5 additional inquiries. In addition, I called the "toll-free" line and selected both and one and two (sales or support) and was stuck in and endless loop of recordings.
